  As a visitor in Destin for the first time, I was told that DUMC offered a worship service on the beach at 7:30 am; it was the best worship service I ever hadall of God's creatures came to worship with us, butterflies, dragonflies, sea gulls, and dolphins. It was so amazing and beautiful! The members of the church were loving, supportive, and beautiful people. The Pastor made a point to pray for those affected by Hurricane Irma and Harvey. The prayer he prayed brought comfort to me because we experienced some of the storms effects. If I ever have a chance to visit Destin again, I will definitely attend this service.

  The entire staff at Destin United Methodist Church is the most helpful and hospitable I have ever met. You will love this church!!
