  Taylor was very professional, and he explained the process and options we had to address our particular problem. We gave him the "go ahead". Once he was done, he left our yard very clean. We would use Dependable Rooter and Plumbers again. And we would recommend them to other people we know.

  Working with Dependable Rooter & Plumbing
  was the best plumber experience ever! They are so knowledgeable and patiently answered all questions and concerns we have. Starting from good communication with office staff (Francisca), detail oriented job plan/ schedule, handling permits (Andrew), and nevertheless performing such amazing plumbing work ( Jesus, Victor, Cameron, Dakota) They showed up on time in their uniforms, always kept us updated with project progress, educated us on plumbing knowledge, and cleaned up - left the job site cleaner and nicer than before. They are also pet friendly ❤️
  
  We hired Dependable Rooter & plumbing for 1) sewer project & 2) water filtration system project. They helped us to get rid of that old septic system and connect to public sewer. It was the biggest project for my family and we are so happy to have worked with Dependable. They effortlessly helped minimizing any disruption in our lives during the construction and were able to complete the project on time! Best team ever! Now we are now connected to public sewer and have clean filtered water for daily use. No more septic and well water nightmare!

  Taylor I. Installed a NuvoH2o water conditioner system that I had purchased. 100% professional and even the plumbing pipes and valves, gauges he put together looks like a piece of art! Fantastic job!

  If you're considering this company, do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment now! I had a massive project recently done at my home and ended up meeting about half the crew. They're all professional experts, I cannot recommend them highly enough! Over the course of four days total, the crew helped identify multiple issues with my outdoor plumbing system. We had been dealing with our home warranty and not getting any long-term solutions so we opted to find a plumber on our own and we're so glad we did because our problem was not only diagnosed and fixed, but we got a hell of an education along the way. The peace of mind that comes with working with these folks is invaluable. While they were diagnosing the plumbing issues I was able to watch the sewer camera real-time with them and see the issues for myself. We had multiple plumbers come out previously through our home warranty company and none of them were as transparent or knowledgeable as the folks at Dependable Rooter & Plumbing. Seriously, when I started this review by telling you readers to schedule an appointment now if you need plumbing help, I meant it! This company is now my go-to for any and all plumbing needs. I'm so impressed with their work, expertise, professionalism, transparency, and educational approach. Not to mention, they were excellent communicators, set realistic expectations and took great care around my property while doing their work. The project took multiple days and each day when they left, they took the time to ensure everything was cleaned up and the project zones were safe for us. All through out the project, there was detailed communication about what was going on and how the project was going. At the end, we received another overview of what was done and now I know important details about the sewer system on my home. As a first time homeowner, this is such wonderful peace of mind. I am so grateful that I know someone that worked with these folks previously and recommended them to me.
