Usually I'm ridiculously OCD about making sure I have my keys with me before I lock my doors, earlier this evening I was distracted for a split second and locked my keys in the car for the first time in 5 years. We called Dependable, and they had someone sent out immediately, Frankie was there in less than ten minutes! The dispatcher (didn't catch his name, sorry!) and Frankie the Locksmith were both fantastic! Super nice, and from the moment the doors locked until we were driving away was less than twenty minutes total! Would definitely use them again, although I hope I never need to!

Great service! Plus unbeatable prices. I called 3 places before them and they had the best deals. I had Frankie come out and help me replace my car ignition key. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for locksmith services!

My dealer provided key has broken twice in two years. This time, I talked to a few services before calling this group. Car dealerships were quoting $170+ for my key, other locksmiths were asking more. Dependable quoted me $120 and sent a guy to me right away. Very friendly and very trustworthy. There's a good chance I'll go to these guys to make me a spare again sometime in the future. Highly recommended.

I purchased a used car and had to have another key and fob made for the car. I first called the dealership and was told it would cost me around 350 dollars. My wife then googled locksmiths in the valley. These guys were the first ones I called and I am glad I did.

Was very pleased with their service. They did the job at my residence, was here within an hour after I called. The guys were very courteous and answered all of my questions. The best part of the day was paying less than half of what the car dealer parts department quoted me. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone needing their services!! Thanks again guys!!
