The woman at the front desk is extremely rude. I submitted my documentation online, but the office lost it. She then yelled at me for not coming early to my appointment to complete the documents, which I had already completed online!

They are ok but the miscommunication I took my kid because a back tooth was hurting they recommend to close all the cavities but we said no thanks so called the first day of school because I wanted to make the appointment a bit late this way my kid goes to school the whole day they said no and if I wanted to change the extraction I have to wait 6 months for it I'll said ok so let's continue whit the schedule they said ok I got there and they ended up covering all the cavities and they never do the extraction they claim it was a mistake and blah blah blah now I have to pay for something I didn't wanted and my kid still whit he's tooth on pain

The Dr. Is amazing, no wonder they have such good name. Unfortunately I am not giving 5 stars is because of the miscommunication between the call center and the actual offices ( Lakewood specifically). My kids went to the dentist end of December and I made another appointment for beginning of July. My husband got a confirmation for only 1 of my kids, so I called to make sure both were in the app. Today, July 11, I organized everything to be able to leave my house at 8:15 am so I'll be at the office on time. We'll, my kids were not in the system. I was beyond frustrated and the Supervisor got angry at me because I said " Hello, I made this app 6 months ago". This is NOT the first time it happened. It's such a shame, a highly recommended Dentist with a poor system.
