  Food is Good. Service is not that great .
  But it is the only Dennys in Nogales. And it is the hang out with friends & family. So we know the poor customer service. They know us so they do not care for the service. They know we will come back.

  Bad service. Waitress ignored as as we tried to order drinks. Wasnt going to bother waiting ten minutes just to order a drink. Left without eating or ordering anything. Gave two stars because the food is usually decent. Too bad the service was terrible this time around.

  Restrooms are so badly maintained. Simply nauseating. I will not come back to this place.

  Horrible service. Had to wait for manager who was outside smoking so we decided to pay cash. As we were leaving he let the door close in our face. We kept trying to give them business hoping service would get better but we will never come back to this location.

  Immediately greeted but I guess large families are no longer welcomed. Arrived today (SUNDAY) @ approximately 7:45 pm and although it wasn't too busy as soon as the waitress heard we were 5 adults 2 toddlers and a baby she told me she had to check if she had space but was confident she didn't. She didnt offer any other options other then to go check the back area but took at least 2 minutes to even walk back. While waiting for her to come back I told the fam the reason why we were waiting and as a result we decided to leave. The way we see it if we are not even welcomed (even if the restaurant had most of the booths and tables empty) why spend our money there?

  Food was great, the service was bad. Ordered coffee with water, got coffee. Ordered loaded tater tots with an extra half order got the half order. No check back, no refills, however she did get the check to us by the time we got to the register. Listening skills and attentiveness is severely lacking.

  Do not ever ever ever ever ever order their waffle, horrible is a compliment. Frozen eggos waffles are much much better!!!

  Renovated and looking good. Lots of counter dining and TVs. Still the same great value menu and AARP discounts.

  I cannot in good faith allow for the misunderstanding that this is a good place to donate your money too. I say this as a strong suggestion turn around and find a different place to eat. All thumbs down, management should be ashamed to even have the doors open at this Dennys. It is that bad really really terrible. Food was over cooked, waitress forgetful hmm we were there and within 45 minutes had two different waitresses take our order and the Fook took close to 1.5 hrs to arrive.
  The food was dry, overcooked, freezer burned and.....
  
  Turn around and hit IHOP.
