Great Price!!! The Old Marina has VERY clean
bathrooms and the washing machines work great. The Lounge is fairly dated with donated furniture from previous boaters but it offers free internet and cable TV. The only downside is the gravel/dirt roads, dust can be a problem in dry weather.

This marina is VERY thirsty, and charges excessively for ANYTHING they touch. My boat arrived with the flybridge removed, and they claim not to have the ability to place bridge on boat (despite having straps that can be shortened and a 18'T lift), and needed to hire an outside contractor, who billed them their $300min charge for 20min of work, and then the marina charged me $400 for the $300 lift, and $255 for labor of 2 guys standing around watching the 3rd place a couple straps on the skid, and then take them off when the flybridge was placed on top of the boat, skid and all. For $255 labor, they should have been able to remove the skid, place the bridge correctly, and build a staircase from the left over skid materials. $655+$18 just because charge, as i was told, and then the bridge was placed half assed on the boat? I was then told it would take them 8hrs to install the flybridge, and that wouldnt include the electrical and steering systems, how can that be accurate? I dont know if I still plan to stay with a marina that NEEDS to charge excessively for minimal services.

The yard crew are totally incompetent. They ruined my boat by stripping the teakwood deck, and leaving it out in the rain for 2 months, now they refuse to work on it, because I threatened litigation
