  Terrible experience! Waited in a chair for 30 minutes when she said just a minute. They took forever when I told them I had to be out of there by a certain time which i was there for two hours. They took forever on the pedicure, than rushed my manicure that the gel polish did not sit correctly and has already pealed in 2 days. I will never go back!

  I just went in to this so called nail place asked could they do chrome polish, one of the workers had to explain what I wanted, then girl that was working got up & told me that I had long nail, she couldn't do long nails & that I would have to see manager for a price, now what kind of mess is that to say to an could've been customer.Seriously, I wouldn't going to give not one star but I couldn't comment without hitting one star.but that was very, very bad service & suppose to be a nail shop Deluxe Spa & Nail in Danville MallWhat a joke😂😂😂👎👎👎

  I will never go back. Honestly with the horrible treatment I received I should get my money back. I went to have myself pampered and now my feet are sore. Which is sad bc ur feet are suppposed to feel great after a pedicure. Only reason I went to them was BC it was a Sunday and my nail salon wasn't opened and I was leaving the next day for the beach. I honestly think what upsets me the most is that the man who done mine dropped some foot scrub on the floor the picked it up and put it on my foot. UNSANITARY. Only if I could have caught him b4 he done it.
