Unresponsive, then no showed on the appointment I booked using their website. They wasted my one day off.

We used Dell's to replace a failed motor-pump assembly on our Jenn-Air dishwasher. We were completely satisfied. Our technician, Anton, came as promised and did a thorough diagnosis. He returned as promised when the part came in, and installed in an efficient, competent manner, taking care not to damage the adjacent hardwood floor. Their pricing was fair. Highly recommended.

Sean is professional and very accommodating in recommending the appropriate appliance. I have had excellent dealings with Dell’s appliance and have no reservations in recommending them to family and friends.

Called for help with a new refrigerator. First I called nobody returned my call. I also emailed but got no reply. The second time I called I left message. I received a call back. I explained I needed help with a new refrigerator delivery. The doors had to be removed to fit in the house. They weren't willing to help at all and very dismissive. I wouldn't call them if my hand was stuck in disposal.

Just fixed our fridge today said they be here between 9am - 11am they were here at 845am.. had part needed on his truck and all fixed before 930am.. have used them before and always happy with them. Thank you Dell's!
