I have always had a passion for baking ever since I worked as a pastry apprentice in my early teens. Thinking I was going to shoot for something more broad, I went on to Culinary school at The Culinary Institiute of America in Hyde Park, NY. After interning at the Bar Harbor Inn for a semester, I moved home. I slowly continued dabbeling in the restaurant industry and catering. I recently have decided to continue on with my passion. By using the skills that I have accumulated over the years, I hope to offer something "delish" for your taste buds and easy on your wallet. My desserts are as pleasant to view as they are to eat. You wont be dissappointed!
