The 6-disc changer in my '07 Toyota Tacoma ate a CD three weeks ago and wouldn't play it, spit it out, or allow me to load any other CDs. Called the car dealership, which said it didn't do repairs on radios--and that I'd have to replace the unit at a cost of $2600-plus (Ouch!). But they did recommend Dealer Options, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. The "DO" personnel assessed my issue and replaced the CD changer mechanism in a few hours; they also recovered the "eaten" CD. When I went to pick up the vehicle, Christian sat in it with me to ensure that the unit was working properly. All this at a fraction of what I would've had to pay the dealership. These folks are efficient, courteous, respectful, and professional. It's gratifying to know that we have a shop in this area with such a high level of expertise--and based strictly on my personal experience, I would recommend them HIGHLY for any vehicle sound system needs.
First let's start of with trying to set up a 5th wheel hitch being installed on a new truck. We were visiting and over an hour away so when we called they said they would call us back to let us know when we could come in. They didn't call us back so we called them to find that they said to "just bring it in" and "drop it off". We had already explained that since this place is over an hour away and we are not from here I would have to wait there with the truck. So then we were told to bring it in at 8:30am Friday and they would get it done so I wouldn't have to wait too long. Anyway, I ended up waiting 5 hours for this to be put in. One I felt like they didn't care as much because the dealership was paying and two I was given an excuse about the rails being different so they had some issues. That's why there is a manual on how to set these up, but I wanted to be nice and just let them get it done so I said nothing. But what is most frustrating the hitch isn't even right because our camper sits way too low where in the last truck it was fine (this is a larger truck so that shouldn't be an issue). I feel like more caring and knowledge on the installation would have prevented this issue.
Even though they didn't have what I was looking for, they had plenty of information about it and even helped point me in the right direction. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
Outstanding workmanship performed on my RAM 3500 HD. Added AMP Research electronic step rails and a Bullet Liner - everything looks and works great. The customer service and southern hospitality added to my experience, and the prices are extremely competitive. Dealer Options has won my business and is the only place I will take my truck for custom work and accessories.
Bought a retrax bed cover from dealer options about 13 to 14 months ago. It has a 12 month warranty. Had it crack on me. Retrax and dealer options fix it for free. Was very excited obviously. Nice that they stood behind product and labor. Will be buying tires from them soon. Thanks Dan.
P.S. This is the second retrax I have owned. Had the first one for 8 years and no problems. Will buy another if needed. Thanks again.

I can't put enough emphasis on how knowledgeable and friendly the staff was both over the phone and in person. I had a spray in liner, bedcover, and a pinstripe done. I am happy and I highly recommend this establishment to anyone serious about accessorizing their vehicle. They deliver! Thanks Again
