  Clean, comfy beds, staff was very accommodating and friendly, room outdated and needs a little attention to detail but otherwise a clean, safe hotel

  Nothing was special here. Everything was pretty average. The parking lot was not plowed well for the snow. The rooms felt very dated.

  Very nice staff. Very accommodating, but you get what you pay for in terms of amenities. Simple clean motel!

  What a pleasant surprise! Fear not, weary traveler. Remembering other Days Inn stays and that this was one of the cheapest at the exit ramp I didn't have high expectations. However, this place is clean, roomy and friendly (outdated, maybe, but I was only starting for 1 night.) The breakfast was pretty no nonsense but adequate. I wouldn't bother with the steakhouse across the street, though...

  Slept great. Clean room but no microwave or fridge. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

  Nice quiet even though on main road. Easy access to all main highways and close to downtown Utica. Very clean rooms. Very pleasant staff.

  Stayed overnight. Nice place. Its been a Very hot late September, the Air Conditioning was nice and cold. Slept great.

  Great location, clean room, comfortable bed, fair price, friendly staff... honestly the only thing keeping this from being a 5-star review was the breakfast which... well, McDonald's is right across the street.

  Found needs an updating. Room was clean and neat. Breakfast very busy with long line for waffles. Coffee, egg & cheese and toast good. Staff cordial in all respects. Long walk to room because side door not working.

  Got switched to a handicapped room. Lock on the door did not work well. Noisy until around 10:30pm. Bed and room were clean. TV worked well. Only one open plug to charge with.

  So, the stay wasn't bad, but a few things pushed it down to less than average.
  *The beds were a little hard, but not too bad.
  * The main thing that kept me up though was that whenever I'd be almost asleep, I'd hear someone talking while walking down the hallway or opening a door which would cause the door to our room to rattle. I turned on the bathroom light just to have the fan noise. Later I turned on the room AC fan for the same effect.
  *While we were hanging out, my daughter saw a couple of ants on or near her bed...so that wasn't ideal.
  *My husband had trouble a couple of times getting the key card to work in the outside door and had to walk around front to get in.
  *We had to leave by 6, so didn't have breadfast...it started at 6:30
  *Also no refrig in room.
  So those were the negatives.
  On the plus side, it was convenient right off the thruway and the staff was friendly.

  When we first walked in the entrance to get to our room we were overtaken by the smell of marijuana, I mean bad... we got to our room to trash outside the door. The room was "clean" but the size of a closet. Definitely not worth the price we paid.
