Nice hotel, could use some updating. Our room was very cold even though we had the heat up, I think the door needs some weather proofing,
it just needs improving. Nice staff, easy access to Oglebay in Wheeling, and CLEAN very CLEAN which means a great deal to me. It's a great place for a couple days stay for one or two people, wouldn't stay a week.response / report this review -

Nice place if you are just looking to get away for a night or if your just needing a place to lay your head. Really my only complaint is the rooms need up dated.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The ladies at the front desk are the nicest people in the world. They have the best breakfast for any Days Inn I've been in.

Why am I being asked to wait to check in while the desk agent steps out to smoke? She walked past me as I was walking in. Told me to have a seat and wait. Last time I will stay here. If it wasn't already past the cancellation cut off time I would go somewhere else.

The room that we were given had paint chipped off of the walls, black marks, holes in the shower curtain, the shower curtain rod was not properly secured to the wall. The receptionist didn't tell us how to log on to WiFi. The room smelled musty/mildewy or stale. I guess the best thing that it's got going for it it's cheap.

The rooms are very nice and if you want anything at all they do what they can make you comfortable. I enjoyed the time I was there. The people are awesome!!!😀

Hot breakfast bar opens at 5am!!!!
Definately worth the price!
Bar next to lobby, gas station next door, clean comfy beds with pillows. Shampoo/coffee/micowave/mini-frig/phone, maintenance is prompt (& they are preparing the outdoor pool for summer), staff is helpful, decent TV channels, tiny bathroom, no elevator. Out of the way location with discounted weekly rates. Well maintained & safe location. Way better than Red Roof Inn!response / report this review -

It's on a mountain. The rooms are ok. There are good amenities. There is a lot of moments at night. Super friendly staff.

The room was clean and we'll laid out. There was free breakfast from 7 to 10 am and there was a nice lounge. The bed was very soft and the heat lights in the bathroom were a great feature. I would recommend staying there whenever the need arises.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice my room was for such a low price. I paid $66 total for a non-smoking, two queen room. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it had a mini fridge and microwave. Everything worked and there was plentiful hot water. There was a nice TV and good channel selection. The staff was very courteous. Really great experience.

My husband works away from home, so we often find ourselves staying in hotels for extended periods of time. This is absolutely by far the best hotel that we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, and they definitely make you feel right at home. They offer a great weekly rate for those of you who are working away from home. Their breakfast is pretty good. The rooms are very nice. Can't beat the view of the mountains either, especially if you are from somewhere completely flat (Florida) like I am. Love this place, and so glad that we found it. :)
