Very friendly and accomdating staff, we had a jetted suite which was enjoyable. Clean room and premises but let me tell you about the breakfast. I'm from the Florida area where hospitality industries is a serious monopoly upon moving here I couldn't believe breakfast was some sunny d Luke warm coffee and a pre packaged Danish. So not the case at this location. I was blown away. Oatmeal and not packets actual oatmeal, cheese omelets, yogurt, fruit, waffles, toast, muffins and nothing was prepackaged. Hot coffee and choice of juice. Way to go guys!!Awesome Stay and start of a wonderful New Year!

The room was clean. Bed inspected, no bedbugs. Decent clean mattress. Bureau chest drawers were broken. Tv cable was fixed right away. I'm a light smoker and stayed in a non smoker room which smelled clean but there's no covered outdoor smoking area with seating benches. Buts everywhere up front by front entrance. It's a nasty habit but they should be more accommodating. Price was $60. A night on sale.

Good clean rooms. But I particularly like the veggies and herbs garden in front of the hotel! Peppers, eggplants, greens, tea leaves etc.. Beautiful and practical.

It was a very happy, yet quiet place. They had very polite and professional employees. The rooms were comfortable and I'd say I'd go again.

The people were real nice. The room was very nice, clean, and well kept. The bed was a little harder than I like but slept good. Plenty of places to eat around the hotel.

Lock was broken but the lady at the desk was super nice and accommodating for us. The room itself was pretty standard. The bed was fine, and the shower had good water pressure. The building looked like it was going under some renovations so it didn't look so good. Overall the pros and cons balanced out to be an average stay for one night.

Hotel was clean, affordable, and the lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. My stay was unplanned and she got me everything I needed - toothpaste, etc.

Average staff is sour no greeting or smiles they are zombie like rooms are clean have hot breakfast which is good .

Service was unprofessional and the whole building had pungent smell. Definitely would not take kids there and I will not be returning.

My wife and I went here and it looks nice but the beds here suck it would probably be more comfortable to sleep on the floor the beds are so hard I woke up in pain and stiff they should have paid us to stay here never again not at this hotel the one in Simpsonville is way nicer.
