  David's long background in television provides a unique perspective to anyone looking to hire him. It gives him such a leg up because no one is as prepared as a former producer or reporter.   We worked with David Waters on many many projects, with very challenging constraints, and tight deadlines, and he was always on top of it. Flying across the country the next flight in the morning, shooting very complex shots, editing under total deadline pressure highest quality reels, working around the clock, all possible for him. I met him via Miles O'Brien (for a CBS / NSF shoot), then all the NYTimes sports shots, NY Philharmonics, etc etc , he also exec produced several CNN projects.
