    Bought a car there and a week later they said I had to come in and sign for a rebate. Well, that was the only true thing that was said. They told me the the new deal would save me money and was getting a lower interest rate. Not true, rate the same, even though they made it sound like it was going down. Will not be back. Only two good things about all this, I like the car and the salesman was EXCELLENT. Management and finance people sucked. LIED.

    One of the best car buying experiences I have had to date in my life! Hope was an amazing sales woman and worked with us in every aspect to make sure we were happy, our monthly payments and down payments were in line and was very honest, she didn't push and was very patient! Love my car and will highly recommend and will be a repeat customer in the future!

    Thank God the Windy City blew Kayla all the way down to Florida :) ! Kayla Woods was the Internet Sales Professional had the pleasure of working with on a recent purchase. She did a phenomenal job of answering all of my questions. In addition, she was very responsive, transparent, and was awesome with following up and following thru, not to mention very personable. John in Finance did a superb job as well. Again transparent, patient, and not pushy at all. He gave us all the time we needed to make our decision regarding additional protections. All in all it was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had in my life! I've told all my friends and family in the surrounding area that it's most definitely worth the drive to come to David Maus Toyota!

    Wow. Let me just start by saying this. I was completely blown away by the high quality service we received. Our representative Claudio gave us what ever consumer wants in any dealership. He listened to our concerns and made them a priority and he was also extremely knowledgeable about the products he presented. He was able to explain everything in a way so it was clear and very easy to understand. He kept us entertained as well as informed. Thank you Toyota for hiring such an amazing individual. He is more than a salesman he is a solution specialist. I will definitely be sending my friends and family to this dealership for his service.

    Lovely experience here! I would recommend this dealership to my closest of friends and family. Helped make sure my process was quick, easy, with no haggle. Ended with an amazing deal and the salesmen worked hard to put me in a car that I wanted versus trying to put me in a car that they wanted me in.

    I went to 2 other Toyota dealerships and this one had the best buyer's experience.

    When we arrived at David Maus Toyota we were greeted promptly. We discussed what we were looking for with the sales representative and she brought the requested vehicles for test drive. She was helpful in finding me a vehicle with the features I wanted, but that's where the pleasantness of this transaction ended.

    After agreeing on a price for the vehicle ( which could only happen after filling out their finance paperwork) we were given a ridiculously high interest rate. we knew this was an inaccurate rate, as our credit scores were over 800. I wanted to leave, and the sales rep begged us not to. After much negotiation We were told the lowest rate we could have was 2.99%. We were made to believe that our credit was not as good as we knew it was, as we had reviewed our credit scores a week prior. At this point 4+ hours were invested in this transaction, so we begrudgingly agreed. After signing the agreement we were informed we had super credit, and it was no problem for financing. this is drastically different information than what was told to us prior to the agreement. They basically used erroneous information to influence a large financial decision.

    After reviewing the contract, we discovered an extra charge of $1500.00. When questioned about the charge the sales rep informed us that charge was for window tint and reinforced cup holders. multiple times this charge was explained as such, only to discover that those items were included in the sticker price, as well as the price we agreed upon. Unfortunately this was discovered after the contracts were signed, as we were not given access to the sticker price during negotiations. Basically, the explanation of this charge was a bold face lie.

    After being at the dealership for nearly 6 hours we finally entered the finance department. We were told the manufacturer's warranty does not truly cover all of the electronic components of the car, and an extended warranty was needed. We initially declined this warranty, but were given additional false information about coverage exclusions under the standard warranty. The price of this extended warranty was not disclosed, only the amount our monthly payments would increase. The finance department even offered to lower the interest rate if we purchased the warranty (the rock bottom rate we were previously told could go no lower). Suddenly the new interest rate was 2.3%, but only with the purchase of the warranty. Again strong-arm tactics were utilized as well as erroneous information to complete a transaction.

    After 7 hours of a constant barrage of misinformation we completed the transaction, including the extended warranty. We found out after the fact that the $2500 extended warranty ( price disclosed after the paperwork was completed) is sold by the company that owns the dealership. To me this seems as though it's an unfair practice.

    After signing the papers were were essentially non existent guests. 40 minutes went by without anyone acknowledging we were waiting for our vehicle. Finally, after flagging down a team member, our new vehicle was given to us unceremoniously. No features were reviewed, as they had promised. It was more of a here are your keys, see ya mentality. We left this dealership feeling defeated and essentially raped. There was no joy in the purchase, as we felt so taken advantage of.

    I called the dealership the following day with my concerns. They were dismissive and basically told me nothing could be done, as we had signed the papers. I have found out I can cancel the warranty with a fee, and I'm in the process of cancelling the extended warranty now.

    I am truly disappointed in David Maus Toyota and their deceptive, strong arm tactics related to vehicle purchases. Flat out lies were told to consumers who looked to their "experts" for honest advice about a major purchase. I will never purchase a vehicle from any David Maus dealership, and will make sure all of my friends and family know of their deceptive tactics as well.

    If there ever was a perfect sales associate, Hannibal would be just that. I left the David Maus dealership happy, and confident in getting exactly what I wanted out of both my car shopping experience and my car purchase. I visited other Toyota dealerships in the Orlando area, but nothing came close to the respect and professionalism I received at this dealership. I am a young woman who was car shopping without much assistance from others. Hannibal took me seriously, answered all my questions, tried his best to appeal to my car demands while sticking to my budget, and was not overly pushy on his sale. I highly recommend Hannibal as the best person to buy from. He is not only nice but also tries his best to get you what you want. The car I was buying was cleaned but it was still not up to my standards on the inside and Hannibal made sure that it was thoroughly shampooed and all stains were removed. Any other additional problems that were present on the car were taken care of the way I wanted it. His manager Joe was also genuinely nice and I could tell that he tried his best to make me leave the dealership with a happy deal while still meeting his sale obligations. I will gladly make the drive to this Toyota for my next car purchases and recommend anyone in the Orlando area to only visit this one, the other dealerships could not even come close to the deals, and pleasant buying experience.

    Eddie Vazquez was the sales man that helped me find the right car for me. He was very patient and respectful during the whole process. If I needed to get another car I would defiantly go back to that Dealership as long as Eddie is the sales man helping me. The people were very kind and understanding in what you are looking for and what you can afford. It was my first time buying a car at a dealer and it was a wonderful experience.

    This was a wonderful experience. There was no pressure. Mark and Hope provided a clear and straightforward buying experience. They also showed me options within my budget. As someone transitioning from a fleet vehicle to a purchased vehicle for the first time in 5 years, I couldn't have asked for a smoother experience. They even personally took paperwork downtown to my husband to sign since he could not be there at the dealership. Great experience!

    Came here looking to buy a 4runner, and the salesman was nice but overall experience was bad. The vehicle had trash under the seats, and half the test drive was interrupted to get gas due to the empty fuel tank (?). After asking for a trade-in value, the sales manager was called in and things got awkward after I simply asked for a trade-in value on my car. I was asked to sign a document saying I would buy a car from them and after declining, the sales manager came out and my wife and I walked out immediately based on his attitude.

    I recently bought my brand new corolla 2017! And couldn't be happier with the experience I had. Carlos was extremely helpful, he helped me to choose the ideal car for my needs and also got me a very good deal.     I went in to try and buy 2 cars and I was dreading it all the way there but as it turned out I was pleasantly surprised it went much better than any of us thought it would. Josh was great and so was Dalton and Johnny in finance. All of the people we dealt with were great and made what I thought was going to be a crappy experience a very pleasant one. I would go back and buy another car from these guys. They did a great job. Thanks

    In shopping for a new vehicle most definitely come to David Maus. This place was great not only is it close to my home but it's friendly, easy, fast, and effective. We are a Toyota family and they never disappoint for having great models and great service. Though it takes some time in negotiating that's normal it's all about finding the right person willing to work with you and give you the correct information. Thus I strongly refer Joshua , he was really helpful and patient with me to find me the best deal and exactly the car that I wanted!
