I prepare and negotiate agreements, proposals and leases to assist you in avoiding the legal risks that can interfere with and detract you from your goals and pursuits in comfortably serving your clients and customers.
I can also pragmatically represent you in the entire litigation and appeal process.
Currently I participate in the Governing Council for the Idaho State Bar Business and Corporate Section as its past chairman in addition to my service on the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce Small Business Success Advisory Committee.

I have also served on the Board of Directors for the Boise Racquet and Swim Club and the Advisory Board for Plantation Country Club.
