  David Baxter and his team are top notch. My business was a priority for David, he engaged quickly, was responsive and knowledgeable. Wonderful to work with, would highly recommend.

  I was transferred here from my previous agent and was with their office for about ten years. After the transfer, I never actually spoke with David Baxter. I had a couple of issues with letters I received from underwriting. I contacted David's office and spoke with Justin at least five times, and each time he represented to me that he'd taken care of it. The last time I spoke with him about the letter, I specifically asked him to follow up with underwriting or look further into the situation and call me back, and he never did. Last month I called to stop the auto pay and they only stopped it for one month, so I got charged with an overdraft fee. David Baxter is never available when I call, and I've totally lost confidence that Justin has everything under control. There's no reason why I should have received the same letter four times -- if he had taken care of it the letters should have stopped. I shouldn't have to call the corporate office to get these situations resolved -- that's what the agents are for. I've been a State Farm customer for close to 20 years and I've had better service with other agents. I switched to another agent's office.
  
  ETA: I've reviewed Mr. Baxter's response and I stand by my statements. I have not spoken to David Baxter since I was transferred to his office. We are in agreement that we don't have the same recollection of these events. Interestingly, Mr. Baxter responded to this review with an hour of my posting it. If Mr. Baxter returned phone calls and dealt with issues as quickly as he posted his response to my review, this situation might have turned out differently.

  I'm a long time customer of State Farm but a new client of the Baxter firm. Working with David and Janna has been a fantastic experience. I get fast quotes for coverage and even faster responses to my questions. Moreover, they sell a fantastic product. I've had 2 major claims with State Farm and both times the company adjuster treated me with respect and the outcomes were fair. I recommend State Farm coverage and the advice given by the Baxter firm.

  Working with this office has been such a breeze. Usually going into an insurance office is similar to going to the dentist, I don't ever want to do it and its painful. Team Baxter made the transition from last 20 years at American Family to State Farm so easy. They are friendly, efficient and I know they always have my best interest in mind. I sleep soundly knowing my family is protected by a company that will be on my side when it comes time to make claims. Most companies talk the big talk until it's time to make a claim and then they don't answer their phones, send you on a goose chase, and basically forget you've been giving them your money forever. When It came time to file my last claim, it was handled quickly and professionally. 10/10 recommend this office.

  David Baxter and his team are incredible! I have been with State Farm for 10+ years and recently moved to Arizona. Montana was my home and I knew everyone there and moved for work. I contacted the office as I had moved to their area and my experience was more than exceptional. Alone in a new state, I came into their office and they treated me like family; Very welcoming, fun and professional environment. They made my transition to the area a whole lot easier and could not be more grateful. Thank you David Baxter and team for helping me acclimate to the area, have a smooth transition, and always being there when I need you.
