Called them twice and never received a call back.smh Additionally, I made a comment and was rewarded with condescension. I am so glad that we decided to go elsewhere. A review and time of contact do not have to correlate. This firm should really work on how they communicate with future clients instead of patronizing.

Daniels & Taylor has been amazing from the beginning. I have a crazy case and their guidance has helped me navigate this in the best way possible. Everyone has been incredibly helpful from the reception desk all the way to Mr. Taylor himself. Disappointed that they said it be a free consultation. By the time you get there they charge 350 dollars an hour. I wasted my day and time coming down here.

The support staff at the office was wonderful, but let's face it one retains an attorney for the attorney's services, not the staff. Our family's experience was dismal. Attorney Coates performed at the level of a first year law student. For our retainer and then some, we got the equivalent of a glorified paralegal. Not that there's anything wrong with paralegals, but we paid to be represented by an attorney in a custody case. While her motions were mostly filed in a timely manner, she completely abdicated her duties when it came representing our family in court. She barely opened her mouth, and did not even attempt to present the mountains of evidence she had us supply. Had she put up a vaillent effort, I of course would still be upset that the outcome was not in our favor, but I wouldn't be left with the feeling of being royally worked over, without a kiss afterwards or dinner beforehand.

I have had the pleasure of having Stacy represent me in a criminal case. She was very diligent and kept me up tp date as my case progressed. She worked very hard on my behalf and got me a fair and just outcome. I would highly recommend Stacy for you criminal case needs. She is a nonstop machine, working hard for my needs. When my court day finally arrived, Stacy was prepared with all the necessary paperwork, jury questions, witnesses and worked with the solicitor to get the outcome we had discussed. They took my retainer. Cancelled custody hearings and charged me for cancelling them. I called to ask about rescheduling and they charged me for the phone call to ask about the hearing that John Smith cancelled. Then he said he used up the retainer and needed more money, even though he did NOTHING. Phone calls were never returned. Emails were never returned, but they had no problem billing me for emails I sent them trying to figure out what was going on with my custody cade. When I questioned it he immediately dropped me as a client with no reason given. These people are money hungry crooks! Use somebody else.
