We've bought a four wheeler and a side by side here and really like doing business with them. Good repair shop too.
Parts!!! Bob is one smart dude. Hands down best shop in kansas
Allways good to talk with dan.
Went to help my mother in law buy a Mule. The man who helped us was great. Answered all our questions and was very honest. We ended up buying a used one and saved a bit of money. Would definitely come here again for our next purchase.
We almost always stop in to see all the newest bikes! Great place.
I HAD A NOISE IN MY QUAD WHICH WAS POO POOED OFF BY ANOTHER DEALER. DAN'S SERVICE DEPARTMENT MANAGER DROVE THE MACHINE SEVERAL TIMES THEN PUT IN THE AIR WHILE OTHER MECHANICS LISTENED AND DETERMINED THERE WAS AN ISSUE. THEY ALSO DETERMINED THE AIR FILTER WAS NOT OILED ALLOWING FINE DIRT PARTICLES TO POTENTIALLY ENTER THE MOTOR. I LEFT MY MACHINE WITH THEM ON A FRIDAY EVENING AND THEY CALLED SATURDAY MORNING TELLING ME THEY HAD LOCATED/ FIXED THE NOISE PROBLEM AND SERVICED MY QUAD. THIS WAS ABOUT A 4 HOUR TURN-AROUND. IN ALL FAIRNESS THE BRIDGE IS OUT AND THEY WERE A LITTLE SLOW BUSINESS WISE. MY JOB IS CUSTOMER SERVICE RELATED AND THIS IS WHY PEOPLE USE COMPANIES LIKE DAN'S CYCLE. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN!!!
Best people super friendly. Reasonable prices. Knowledgeable.
Awesome place good service great people
Hidden charges. Ordered tires, set up a time to install. Rode an hour in the rain only to find out they want to charge $130 to install. No mention of that over the phone. Horrible price for tires I would have bought from THEM. I'd halfway expect it if I brought in mail order tires. Not from tires bought in house and with no informed pricing.
Went in on a Saturday afternoon to get some parts walked in and the entire place was empty. Walked around for about 5 minutes and not one single person spoke to me. A service tech walked by me and did not say a word and as far as I could see he was the only person that worked there. There is no customer service or focus. My suggestion, get it on online you will get the better customer service and probably cheaper, but I will never know because I will not go back. And then people wonder why we don't shop locally anymore. I grew up in an era where there was customer service and focus by the business! Not any more and Dan's cycle is a fine representation of no customer focus.
