  Scam artists. Canceled with no alternative 2 days before our event for a large group, and told us the only option they could offer was to split our group of 31 into SUVs.
  
  Felt like a scam, so another person from our group called the next day to book a party bus for the same timeframe, and lo and behold, they had lots still available - including the one that we were told was "broken down." When we went online to request a reservation for the same timeframe, they had 5 party buses and 4 coaches available.
  
  Totally unprofessional considering we booked months in advance. Unreliable. Dishonest.

  Great Car, Great Driver, Bad business! Quoted me $119, then charged me $226. Added an "Event Fee" without telling me, admitted that they decided to add the fee after the fact, and instead of explaining why no one told me, they just kept trying to give me a math lesson. I finally informed him that I knew how to add and subtract, I just want to know why they felt they didn't need to tell me about extra charges, and why I'm paying extra when it was THEM who forgot to put it into the quote. I never got the answer. Finally decided I didn't want the headache of talking to them. I decided to just leave a review here and urge the rest of Dallas to book your service elsewhere. Good Luck if you decide to go with DLBCS. Someone else will get my business from now on.

  Do not book this company for any of your transportation needs! The limo I booked for my daughter's birthday was ten minutes late. When it did show up it was in very bad condition. It was peeling, missing body molding trim pieces, the door was broken and difficult for the driver to open, and the inside was very worn, disappointing to say the least. The driver then took several wrong turns making them ten minutes late for their dinner reservation. I sent my concerns and received a phone call that was less than apologetic, they are very rude. However, my biggest issue is that when I booked they asked how much tip I wanted to put on my card. I told them I would tip cash and not to charge my card. I tipped the driver 20% cash, even though he was late, and then saw that they charged my card 20% without my permission. I called to have it credited back and was told it would be done that day. One week later I still have not received confirmation of the credit and it is not showing on my credit card yet. Two more phone calls and they still keep telling me they will credit my card but no confirmation of that yet. Save yourself the hassle and book with a more reputable company.
