If I could give 0 stars I would. We went for a celebration for my daughter graduating college. Arrived at 6:50 we walked out at 8:15 with no dinner and we will NOT ever go back. We were the only table with no food, we were the only ones in there. I don't understand what the issue was but the manager wasn't managing and we weren't the the only ones that were having problems. We should have left as soon as we sat down, the table beside us said that it took 45 minutes to get there food and most of it was cold when they got it. So that being said we won't be eating at Dakota's Roadhouse in Chillicothe, Ohio again. Poor management, poor service, still hungry.

Tommie was our server and she was fantastic! Very attentive and we never ran out of drinks! Great experience!

Their menu has a wide variety of entrees. We enjoy their steaks and cheeseburgers. They have very good telapia steamed veggies.

Usually any deficiencies in the food is more than made up with the service not today. Hamburger was not cooked as ordered, sides were luke warm to cold. Waitress was asked three times for rolls. Another waitress asked and she walked away as if she couldn’t hear us. We had to get up and find someone to bring them to us. Salad was forgotten and brought out last. Ice water no lemon was ordered it came with lemon. Waitresses preparing tables behind and across the aisle from us had a conversation that was not work related and some would consider inappropriate. It was a Wednesday from 5-6:15pm so not busy except at the bar. Very disappointed

The waitress never brought our rolls out. The waitress kept saying they were making them but people that got to the restaurant after us were receiving fresh ones. Disappointed in the service. I think it was just the person I had.

I feel enlightened after having tried their Prime Rib. Absolutely phenomenal. They actually cook to the correct temperature when ordering under medium as well.

Salad was fresh, crisp and perfect! Coffee changed constantly, never a bad cup with good brew. Mike the bartender deserves snd earns his 20% tip every time! LOVE IT! Calm and relaxing atmosphere for family dinner or just the two of us like tonight. Big thing to me is the cleanliness of the restaurant and bathrooms!

Ordered carry out. Food must have been delivered on a Conestoga wagon. Was no longer hot, and no rolls nor apology for the extra 20 minute wait.😥

This place used to be a great place to eat. It had that bar/food/sports atmosphere and you got nice servings. Not anymore my last experience I got the bacon cheeseburger. The burger was a tiny patty and the serving of fries was a joke. Not a fan anymore and probably won't return. Eat at you're own risk. Not worth the prices.

Two years later and we are STILL talking about the BBQ ribs! The food was great and our waitress awesome! My two young grandsons even left her notes on their napkins, she was so good! We were in the area to see Tecumseh, but the boys want to come back for ribs!
