Paid a little over $80 for virus removal and asked them to make sure my Norton was working correctly. When I got my computer back it still continued to have the exact same problems as before. I basically paid for them to nothing to my computer while they had it for almost two weeks. It was a waste of time and a waste of money.

Very friendly staff, very knowledgeable as well, excellent prices, great assortment of products,highly recommend purchasing products from here, prices for computer repair, virus removal etc. Are excellent. However repair time, virus removal, and getting your items back in a timely fashion are horrible, take it somewhere else if you want it back sooner, or bring it there if you don't mind waiting.

I just want to Clarify, i did write a bad review of this location, but the experience in the end was better than when the first review was written. I sure hope that my poor taste in the experience that i got did deflect anyone from going there, I did return to the store 2 weeks later to get a TV, they are experienced professionals and after the bad review was written the store manager called me personally to ask if there was anything that he could do to rectify the situation. I think that i would return to the store again, as should anyone.
