    The staff here simply doesn't care. They talk like they r not liking the job and behavior with clients is not good. Sometimes they harass clients.

    disgusting place . its like a place you never wanna go but have to like no choice. every time i be there no matter which day it take at least 2-3 hours . ppl work over there thinks that they are giving us a favor. first you have go to a window with your ticket after waiting 2-3 hours, forget if you have anything like work or appointment somewhere else . once you get to the window, they will look at you as if it is their kindness and mercy to give us the favor . they already look annoyed. when you gotta ask a thing again if you didn't understand their half closed mouth gurgled words, they will literally yell at you softly. I think when they get job over there , they take oath to work at a severely slow pace and what else . total rubbish place where you have to go an tolerate them . So be prepared .

    I went to get my permit today and I had no problem with any of the workers. However, I noticed that many of the workers were rude to other customers. I was waiting on the payment line and saw a man who did not understand the worker because he didn't speak english; she repeatedly yelled "ANSWER THE QUESTIONS" at him knowing that he did not speak english. Then, when the man left to take his test she told one of her co-workers "Everyone here is acting mental." VERY UNPROFESSIONAL FOR THE STAFF TO BE TALKING ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT. The whole time I was there I saw her lose her patience every time she would talk to a customer. Secondly, one of the security guards was extremely rude. A man came looking for his son and the security guard said "whats wrong with your face?" The man didn't reply to her and she turned to the other guard and said "he looked like a zombie" and started laughing.

    If you can make it to another DMV, it will definitely be worth your time. The staff here simply doesn't care. They talk about customers right in front of their faces, have an attitude, and openly express how much they hate their job. In fact, one guy at the payment counter ignored a customer for a good five minutes when they came up, walking around as if he were on break. Not only that, but they work extremely slow even though I made a reservation online. A process that would take 10 minutes will take an hour here. Overall, this location is crowded, dirty, and the staff needs to be completely replaced or at least supervised. I highly recommend avoiding this location in its current state.

    Surprisingly not awful.

    Had to get my non-drivers ID and made an appointment online for it. Filled up the form online, so the process here took about an hour. Mostly of waiting but it could be worse.

    Staff was ok. They weren't in a bad mood. They were just trying to get to as many people as they could. My ID picture might look like a mugshot, but at least I didn't have to wait 2 hours for it.

    Moral of the story: have your stuff ready when you are called and most definitely make an appointment online.

    Wait is always long. Staff makes you confused when you ask for help. The people have an attitude and the place is always in a confusion.

    70% of the costumers are asian so there for expect longer waits becaouse of their bad english

    Good location, easy to get you and friendly, helpful customer service. Very Slow processing times for everything. You will see at least 3 people before to get an ID that you won't even take home with you because it comes in the mail.

    5 freaking stars for this DMV. They all should get a raise. I came in on Sep 12, 2016. You join the line. 2 employees are manning the 'start here line'. They quickly ascertain why you are there. They provide the required forms and send you to the appropriate line. They have a kiosk that you can renew registration/driver's licence etc. There is an employee who was also helping at that kiosk. Very efficient, professional and friendly! I renewed my registration, changed my address . I was out of the DMV within 15 mins of entering. It has tons of seating and tables to write on. It is bright and clean. I am reluctant to write a review because now everyone is going to come to this DMV. When you get great service at a DMV it is like Christmas came early!
