Nice, professional staff. They helped me load my pick up order into my car without me even having to ask. I was greeted once I walked in. My visit was a perfect example of how things should be and how customers deserve to be treated.

This location is awesome. They have gone above and beyond to make sure sales, coupons, etc are taken advantage of. I was going to buy some Kayaks and the associate told me to wait and come back that weekend because they'd be on sale. He even put them on hold for me for a few days (they're only supposed to do 24hr holds). I came back on Friday to get them and the sale didn't start until Saturday am and the store manager came let me take them that day and honored the future sale price. I've had this same type of customer service experience with different products, shoes, gym equipment, clothing. They always do what they can to help. Sometimes the coupons suck because it excludes the name brands I'd like to buy but that's not them that's corporates fault. For people leaving bad reviews about a place that couldn't give them a discount on something out of their control - it's a corporate owned business. Complain to corporate. The rewards point system is great and The staff here is phenomenal!

Disappointing, they dont honor advertized price. Refuse to apply an advertized discount. Whatever the register says is final , nobody has a mind to reason they mske a mistake.

Love coming here but the staff has been changing and becoming a little less friendly and not as great as it used to be in my opinion but still a great store with a great variety of products

Horrible customer service, one of the service managers with the long black hair and reading glasses, skinny looks oriental but I think he's latino is an enormous douche bag, I purchased 2 bikes valued at $500.00 and change and he refused to place my bikes in the back for hold after I completely purchased the bikes because I had to go back home to get my bike rack to transport back home. He refused 3 times after I asked him politely. If it weren't for my kids wanting the bikes I would have ask for my refund and he would have lost a $500.00 dollar sale, way to take care of your customers douche bag. On top of that I was rushed through the process of buying the bikes so that he can move mannequins on the selling floor, WTF. Douche bag working retail.

Better prices than the now defunct Sports Authority but terrible customer service. The return policy is too restrictive. I purchased a hand exercise grip that immediately broke upon using it and when I went to exchange it for a different one (not a refund but a simple exchange), the rude witch-mole cashier named Brunell refused and screamed "next!" as if we were in a high school cafeteria food line. I was extremely pleasant to her during the entire interaction and probably would have just bought a new one if she insisted. I actually wanted to buy some gym clothes during my visit but instead just turned around and walked out.

Messy, prices are incorrect at shelving, no one knows what going on lines are eternal bc there is only one registered open... not what I would expect from a high end sporting good store

Great store, easy parking and helpful staff. Expensive unless you have a coupon or discount.

For your sporting goods needs, there aren't any other dedicated sporting good stores left now that Sports Authority closed. Expect retail prices, may be able to find some things cheaper online.

I am an adult with a local Boy Scout Troop and we needed to buy a new batch of tents for the upcoming year. I went to Dick's and they gave me a great price on their Coleman tents. We were able to save so much money, we were able to buy new cooking stoves.

The people there were very friendly and really helped us pick the right equipment. They also knew we were under a time constraint because we have a camping trip scheduled for this weekend. Even though they didn't have all the tents at their store, they called around and got all of them delivered. We are now ready for our first camping trip of the season with all new tents and cooking gear. This is going to be great for all the Scouts!

It was my first time at this location, and I was pleasantly surprised. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance. Which is good because this place is huge. I was pointed on the right direction and went looking for my product.
Two employees noticed I was looking for something and again asked if I needed assistance with anything.
They went out of their way to accommodate me, even so far as to put together a camping chair I was looking at, just to try it out.
Very friendly, very professional, great store to shop at.
