I had to get warranty work done. Didn't want to do it. I don't take my car to other dealers for service. But they were very respectful of my wishes. They didn't try to up sell anything, didn't do anything unnecessarily like I asked. Super friendly and efficient. Shaun Nines is A+! Thanks, guys.

This is my first review and unfortunately it's not a positive one. I consigned for my younger brother and within the first month, he is already experiencing issues. This is a 2014 Toyota with ~30k miles on it and seemed like a nice car. Turns out the rotors are rusted so the car shakes when he tries to brake. He took it to the dealership and despite having full warranty on it, we are being told he must pay out of pocket to fix it. Though this is not a safety issue, we were misled by the dealership who told us there were no issues with the vehicle. Now my brother is getting ready to head back to school in a week and after spending his savings to put a down payment on the car, he is being asked to spend even more money which he does not have. The whole point of us going to a dealership versus somewhere like Craigslist was because we trusted that we were purchasing a good quality car and would not have to worry about any issues for quite some time and here we are less one month in and already feeling misled and taken advantage of. I have requested that they waive this fee to fix it since that is how they sold it to us and they are refusing.

Buyer beware. They make you feel good about your purchase and then pull the rug from beneath under your feet. Thanks a lot Toyota!

UPDATE: I sent an email to the follow sent to my initial email and never received a response. This to me means that they respond to reviews to appear as though they have the intention to resolve the issue but they don't.

I came to the dealership because my car suddenly started to tremor and I have extended warranty which would cover a faulty transmission. The dealership charged me for all kinds of wear and tear repairs that another mechanic later told me I did not need and now I am minus 2 grand and the car still tremors because of what I later learn is a faulty transmission. Well I go back to the dealership and they say they misaligned the car and then give it back to me with same tremor and said that there was nothing more that they could do for me - said that my car is old and hence tremoring - this car has a little over 20000 miles. I called the head of DARCARS last Saturday and have not heard back yet. Yesterday my retired mechanic friend told me it was the transmission but I might be able to drive on it fine for a while if the tremor does not bother me and tells me that the dealership will somehow get out of fixing a faulty transmission that is under warranty, but hard to guess how. I will let you know what happens when I take it to another Toyota dealership and try calling the head of DARCARS again....

When I contacted several dealers to buy a car, the response from this dealer shop seemed really insincere. Of course, I bought my car from another dealer. Although I don't have any good impression here, I have visited the service center several times only because of the location. Unfortunately, whole experiences here were really frustrating.
After I received the first scheduled maintenance service, they made some rusty marks on the wheel bolts. I tried to ignore these.
I had to adjust almost everything again whenever I got my car back. They seemed unconcern, but I thought this was not a big problem.
After they repair/replace one of the interior parts attached to the roof/headliner, a noise emerged from the repaired point. I revisited the service center. They said I had to pay more than one thousand to fix this newly developed problem because I had installed a dash cam and put the wire into the headliner (this was installed 1 year before and it locates on the opposite side).
Maybe they just tried to follow Toyota's policy. Anyhow they made a new problem and asked me to pay for it and the service person didn't try to listen to me and kept saying this was my fault.
I cannot say much about the sales department because I haven't bought a car here. But I can say you must find another service center if you love your car. They seem really careless and unprofessional.

    >
After a few weeks, I found the source and solved the problem. The liner was not a problem at all (now, I know that structurally the liner cannot be the source of that kind of noise what I described to them). They tried to steal my money without any knowledge or idea about probable sources and the solutions. Do I have to report this attempt of fraud? Never trust this people.

    Terrible service ever !!!!!!!
I do not even want to give a single star.
Do not ever buy a car from this dealer.
    Worst customer service ever!!!!
When they say "I will call you back and report the progress", they never call back!!!!
When they promise will do something for you, they never do.
If you really want to look for a car, do not ever consider doing it here.
They will never never keep their promise.

I leased two cars from them. Now one of them is in its 90 day return time period. I have been trying to speak to them about my options. The lady who answers the call says I am transferring the call and is so rude that she was reluctant to take my call back number. Wont recommend this dealership. They were friendly and helpful when i was leasing not very much after.

So they promise free shuttle to pick up when using service. Spent 20 minutes in 90+ degree weather trying to get through to someone on the phone to help. Front desk did not help. The service desk closed 5 minutes early and would not pick up. Then tried reaching someone in sales. No one picked up. Never returning for service or to buy a car.

Great service. Not too fast, but is expected from most dealerships. Kept my ride running in the 100k miles...

I truly appreciate the customer service from the General Sales Manager Parviz, as well as our salesperson Shah. They found they exact car we were looking for, down to the exterior/interior color as well as all the options. Not only did they beat the prices of any dealership in the area, they extended an additional discount to get us to the price point we wanted to be at. Instead of being stuck at the dealership for hours waiting to do paperwork, we were able to be on our way home in our new car in about an hour from the time we walked in. If you are looking for a new Toyota or Scion, go see Shah and Parviz.

They nickel-and-dime you. Example: a dollar fifty "document retention charge"! Wanted$105 to glue a piece of weather stripping back on the door ( insisted it had to be replaced. The glue is holding just fine).

Got my 2016 Corolla S from here, they have a very friend staff and the guys in the shop do a good job. All the staff I've seen have offered me help. Give them a shot next time you're looking to purchase a car or get your car serviced!

We have been a DARCARS customer for several years. We take all our vehicles there for service. Our service team manager, Nigel Stewart, is very pleasant and courteous. His team does a great job and they always back up there work.
The DARCARS Collision Center has recently moved closer... just a block away. This makes it very convenient to take your car to both places, if needed, in one trip.
I highly recommend this place for your car service and repairs.
