  Easy in/out access to ample parking from the street. Huge selection of furniture, appliances & electronics @ competitive prices. Friendly, knowledgeable staff to assist U, as needed. A great place to l👀k, shop & purchase. Free delivery & setup within a 75 mile radius. 💜 shopping here!!

  We shopped all over before purchasing furniture from DT McCalls. We bought a couch, loveseat & recliner by Lay Z Boy, cost was $6000.00., we also purchased the extended warranty for 4 additional years. We contacted McCalls two weeks after purchasing furniture that there was a problem. They sent their delivery people out, who determined there was a problem, but relayed to owners there wasn't a problem. They told me there was nothing else they could do for us. Now the arm of loveseat is about to fall off! I was requested to send photos yesterday, almost a year later! I have contacted Lay Z Boy because McCalls told me Lay z boy would not help in this matter. We have received the worst customer service ever! Even Walmart would have corrected this situation. If you have a choice of where to buy furniture I would keep looking before buying here as they do not stand behind their customers. Service is non existent. They find every excuse to downplay your claim. I am very frustrated with this company and I bet their founding fathers would roll over in their graves with the people that are now running their stores.

  Great selection and fantastic service. We dealt with Chris McCall directly. He took a lot of time with us answering all our questions and explaining the features of each couch we looked at. We looked at other shops but no one had the Personal Touch nor the low price that they had. Ended up having my father bring a trailer 225 miles from Ohio to Tennessee in order for us to trailer it home. I would highly recommend anyone within 100 mile radius to check out their prices before buying. We saved about $500 buying with them.

  They have a huge selection of furniture and a great showroom, also beds, appliances and lawn mowers. You can find good deals here. The sales staff is a bit pushy for my taste, or I would have given 4 stars.

  I have bought furniture here in the past, I don't mind spending a little more on furniture because you only have to buy so much of it and it should be enjoyedand the pieces I have are awesome to me. I went back again and now purchased a washer and dryer. They provide all the hookup connections and it's free delivery. The two delivery gentlemen were very polite and had it hooked up in a jiffy.

  I window shopped gun safes three or four times before i finally went and purchased the gun safe i selected. The sales rep was very patient and helpful, both during the selection and purchase and again two weeks later when i finally had it delievered to the house.
  
  i know where i am going when i need new appliances or furniture for my house.
