Good place to do business with. The sales team is friendly and transparent. They get things done in a timely manner and leave their customers feeling happy and satisfied. The service is excellent and at a fair price. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to service their car or purchase a new one.

Bought my Jeep Cherokee here and was impressed at how they worked with me till I was happy with the price. I was treated with respect and no pressure whatsoever! Highly recommend after having such a pleasant buying experience with no buyers remorse.

I went in because they had a few SUVs for under 5K. I am in the middle of trying to build my credit, and know I need to start small. I told them this. They showed me a car for 11K that was super cute. I asked them why I was being shown this though.. they said the SUV (that was 3500) was probably going to have problems and they felt like they could get me into something better with low payments. I ended up having to leave (babysitter issues) but let them know I would be right back in the next day if the deal went through. They, again, said it 'looked really good' and they would cal first thing in the morning. I called in the afternoon the next day, was told it was still processing and it still 'looked good'. I never heard from them. Wondering if they would of listened to me.. and tried to actually get me into one of the vehicles they had under 5K if a bank would have been more willing to loan to me. I don't know.. because their has been no communication from anyone at the dealership.. which is just rude.

This experience at this dealership was a breath of fresh air. Thank you to the Gentlemen: Austin and Gus and tech John for the accuracy of resolving my vehicles issues. The customer service is fantastic. I was greeted immediately but Not pushed. The service waiting area is clean and full of amenities to make even a short wait very nice. Thank you for making the bar a little higher for everyone else instead of meeting the norm! I recommend HERE.

Sales department was horrible. I was told one thing and then told something different. The finance person, Ken, was rude and treated me like a child since I was female and not with my husband. The manager, Rychard, kept disappearing when I needed to talk to him and made me wait there for hours. I would recommend a different dealer.

On a side note, the service department is great. I have always had great experience with oil changes, tires, etc.

Today was bitter sweet for me. A year and a half ago I bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee which was way over priced from Larry H Miller. Basically, they made every task a hassle. They never were true to their word and always were unprepared. When I first saw the car I wanted, they showed it to us saying it's not ready but all it needed was a carpet clean and wash. Well it took a week to complete when it was supposed to be a only a day or two. I had to call almost everyday for an update on when I can get my car. The finance manager, sales rep and the dealership itself was just all together a horrible experience. Later on, I had to do it on my own so I knew realistically with the car payment, rent, insurance, gas rates and everyday life expenses that I wasn't going to afford it. Many of times I've tried to come up with a alternate solution and was turned down through many other dealerships due to having high negative equity or how upside down on my loan I was. Well, today it all changed! Hiram from D. Dhale Mazda in Murray helped me get a brand new 2017 Mazda 6 Sport all by myself. From the very start he asked me a few questions and was able to find what I needed. Literally, I feel like i did nothing. For once in my life I felt totally relaxed and relieved in a dealership. Hiram completely listened and understood my problems to came up with a solution! I am so happy with my purchase. Seriously such a great deal and an awesome guy! Thank you so so much Hiram!!! Everyone that is looking to buy a car soon, I would highly recommend going to D. Dhale Mazda in Murray and asking for Hiram. You will leave 110% satisfied. Thank you so much!!!

PS. I will always love my Jeep and I will forever be a Jeep girl but I couldn't handle her at the moment 😢

This is the best dealership! I've bought two cars here and it's been a great experience every time. The salesmen have never been pushy or sketchy - quite the contrary, they are super nice and very upfront. Matt Wilson helped me with my most recent purchase and he was excellent to work with. I got my dream car for a great price and I couldn't be happier. I send all my friends here. :)

What a great dealership. The salesman are very helpful and they don't pressure you into something that you don't want or can't afford. They're straight up and honest. Shout out to Kindred Patti who helped my wife and I every step of the way. We will continue to be loyal customers!

Thank You D Dahle Mazda .. for taking care of me... you fixed a major issue and went the extra mile ... very impressed ... Damon " the service manager" in your service department is amazing ... he even came in after hours yesterday and helped take care of me... They came and picked my car up from work and left me a loaner... AND BROUGHT ME YUMMY EDIBLE FLOWERS ... Your receptionist is kind and patient and knows how to handle a stressed customer... Your new sales manager is great for getting things done so quickly and helping me feel valued.

Had a blowout on the freeway, closest tire store said they would have to order one. Called the service dept at Ddahle, Matt R. took our call. He said that the tire was availble and then double checked with parts, and then quoted a very reasonable price. We drove over and were taken right in, made sure we were comfortable and got the car into the shop. 55 min later were on our way,and were charged less than the quoted price. Thanks to Matt and D Dahle for smoothing out the bump on our road trip.

We bought a new vehicle through D Dahle Mazda couple of years back. At the time of signing the paperwork, they tried to rip-us off by sneaking in additional charges and putting in different rates. For instance, they tried to charge $400 for filling nitrogen in the tires. The atmospheric air has 78% of Nitrogen in it. Why on Earth would I pay additional money to get something that is already available in nature for free! It was just like a sleight of hand. Fortunately, we went through the paperwork carefully and was able to catch that and other sneak-ins that we never asked for. At that time, there was a Pakistani financial guy and an African-American sales manager handling our sale. If you decide to buy a vehicle through them, GO THROUGH THEIR PAPERWORK EXTRA CAREFULLY, before signing them. Firmly say no to additional charges. You will most probably never require them at all. Even if you want any of those additional services, you can get them at competitive prices, elsewhere. If the charges are different than what you initially agreed to, stand your ground and ask them to remove it. If not, just walk away. Don't let them strong-arm you.

Their service department is equally dreadful. Recently, I took my vehicle to their service center because of a recall regarding software issues. Without my permission, they did a maintenance check-up and wanted to change this and that. I told them that I only needed the mandated software upgrade and nothing else. After a couple of weeks, I noticed oil leaking from my vehicle. Upon inspection, I found that they have loosened-up my oil drain plug and left it leaking! If I had not noticed it, I would have been left with a seized-engine!

We worked with Steve H. when we went in. Steve was great. I was very impressed by his knowledge of all the cars we looked at. He really treated us like family. Overall it was a great experience. Everybody there was very nice and polite. They later out our options for us and helped us make the best decision for us. No pressure. I would definitely recommend this place and have already been back.

Friendly people, but the execution of the work done is poor. I had to go in for a recall (which is a shame itself) and while there I had the oil changed and ordered a small plastic cover replacement part for the back door.

The shuttle service and driver were great! When I returned to pick up the price for that small part had gone from $17 to $22. It's small, but still its the principle. They had to order and I paid more to have it shipped to house. Then I got in the car and noticed no oil change sticker in the upper corner of the window so I went back in to get one. They re-printed it. Then, I found the original one on the floor, it had fallen off. One sticker said 5W-20 and the other 5W-30 oil was used, so I don't know which is correct. A few days later I pop the hood and NONE of the fluids are topped off, which is part of the $50 oil change.

Finally, after 3+ weeks the small part arrives and it's the wrong one. I wait another 10 days for another one to show up, it's correct.

The whole time their communication was poor and short over the phone, and I had to call for all the updates and confirmations. Go elsewhere.

    D. Dahle Mazda has been absolutely amazing thus far! I went in to look at a Mazda6 but unfortunately it was already sold. Fortunately for me, they have a really good inventory so I was still able to find a vehicle that fits my needs, wants, and budget. My car buying situation is a little difficult because my parents wanted/needed to be here for it but live in Maryland and can't make it here until this week but Matt and John have been great working to accommodate my situation. I can't wait to finalize every this this week! A definite go-to for car shopping!
