  Our experience has been the best because of James Schultz. I recommend him whole heartedly. He is truly the best. He is very patient, honest and knows the industry well.   I contacted D and B for a contractor referral as I have done in the past. They never seem to steer you wrong. I had tile lifting and very few contractors were willing to do repair work. They recommended David Shannon not only did he promptly respond, but he also went out of his way to include me in his busy schedule. He showed up exactly when he said he would and worked professionally and meticulously until the job was completed. This included working on the weekend because he understood the urgency of the project. He also charged a fair price and got it done. You can’t even tell there was repair work done. Thanks so much for the referral.
