I went in for a diagnostic about an issue with my laptop. Although the labor I could do myself I wanted the opinion of someone who had retail experience with other laptops and issues within em. The price of labor was shocking. I was able to do the work myself and saved over $200 dollars I understand having to make a living but yikes.

I'm so disgusted in how they handle business at Cyber Exchange!! I purchased a refurbished computer from them (first mistake) and before the 90 day warranty ended (Thank You Jesus) I had to bring it back. As of today, they have had my computer for 30 days, I was first told the hard drive was bad and I should have it back in a week, then it was we think its the motherboard check back in another week, next it was we still waiting for the parts to come in and this and that Not once have they called to inform me on the status of my computer. I have had to call them and stop by to find out what's going on. You would think I received the computer for free, because of the run around Im getting.. I went against my instinct and purchased a used computer when I should have brought a new oneTrying to be cheap and shame on me.. After this situation is resolved I would never return to this place of business!! I have to say they did honor my warranty and I am not responsible for any repairs and that may be why I haven't received my computer back yet. Their communication and service SUCKS!!!

My powersupply caught fire on Saturday afternoon. I dropped of the computer that day. Diagnosis was complete on Monday and the computer repaired by Tuesday morning. Fast service, great price for parts replaced. Very knowledgeable staff

This is a fantastic local computer store!
Good selection of great parts, any cable or connector you might need, cheap keyboards and mice if you need a spare, very inexpensive refurbished systems, and fast reasonably priced repairs.
Prices on parts are competitive with Amazon or Newegg too, so check them out if you need something quick or need to talk with experienced repair folks!report this review -

These are the worst people. I purchased a computer from them which I later realized didn't have Office on it. This follows my my computer crashing so I was somewhat desperate. They took the info off my old computer. Upon getting home I realized it didn't have Windows on it so I called and told them I wanted to return it. They agreed however when I returned it they charged me 50.00 to remove the info from the computer I returned. This was a complete rip off and shame on them.

I love this place. Decent stock, but amazing service. It is not the closest parts store to me, but I will always go there. May not always be as cheap as NewEgg, but if you need parts now and want great service, this is the place.
