The main reason I give them 5 Stars is that they do not sell just one brand of hearings aids. We have gone to other hearing companies, that sell just one brand. Custom Hearing did the most complete hearing needs analysis of the other companies we visited.
Depending on your hearing needs, they recommend which brand is going to be the best for you. They consider your hearing needs and your financial resources. It is like going to a car dealership which sells all brands, so they provide you with the best car for your needs and resources.

I have a Medicare HMO policy and got hearing aids for no cost. The hearing aids were adjustable by my cell phone. They could have sold me more expensive aids. They do a test that was not with other firms which determines what sound levels are uncomfortable for you. Furthermore, they provide hearing aids which do not amplify frequencies that are uncomfortable for you. Likewise, they actually reduce the sound level some when it is too loud, which reduces hearing lost. If you go to a loud rock concert, you should wear eye plugs. They do tests which tells whether a frequency hearing lost is due to your ears or due to your brain.

I dealt with single brand company for my mother. I bought her just a hearing aid for one ear. That company did not explain the disadvantage of getting just one hearing aid. If your ears do not hear certain frequencies, you lose your hearing more quickly as your brain unlearns how to hear that sound.

In 2022 They decided to work with Aetna Insurance, who had Nations Hearing as the middle man. Aetna and Our Lost :-(

The staff and doctor are amazing g. Made my mother feel better about getting help for her hearing loss. Reasonable prices and great package for the whole experience.

The audiologist was great. The hearingaids are of the top of the line (Starkeys).
The hearing setting to adjust and or readjust have been great. Emily does a very good job of asking questions and working with you to get the hearing aids set the way you want.
I would encourage anyone buying hearing aids to include the hearing settings with Emily.
I would highly recommend buying your hearing aids at Hearing Solutions in Lincoln NE.

Great staff, very friendly, helpful and responsive. They were able to make sure I did not have wax in my ears and then verify that my insurance would cover my hearing aids. I felt good about the hearing test and service I got from them. If you have any questions about your ears or hearing, you need to work with this group!
