I am a retired attorney. I selected Custodio and Dubey for a fairly technical dispute regarding rights to insurance proceeds because I read a well written legal article by Miguel Custodio on exactly the issue.
The firm assisted in maximizing my recovery under my auto insurance policy, and negotiating a fair settlement with my health insurance carrier and Medicare, who were entitled to a portion of those proceeds. In particular, Custodio and Dubey found a way to have my auto insurance carrier acknowledge a higher coverage amount than I had anticipated.
The firm's staff, including reception, intake processing personnel, and the paralegal assigned to my case, were all very pleasant, professional and very well trained. They greatly assisted in providing prompt and clear communication.

I honestly do not know where to start when it comes to Custodio and Dubey. I was involved in my car accident June 2021, I was very hesitant on getting a lawyer until a close friend of My referred this law firm to me. From the very first call I was amazed I knew right away that they were on my side. The first person to help me with the receptionist Alexis she was just amazing on getting me connected with the right person, the second person who help me with Daniel I cannot even put into words how amazing this man is. Daniel stayed in constant communication with me answered all of my questions and never made me feel like I could not ask him anything. Once I Met Lloyd and Miguel, I was even more stand. Wondering how can these people get any better? My settlement was beyond what I ever imagined. They are the most amazing law firm that I have ever talk to, and I would recommend absolutely everyone I know to contact them because they are on your side no matter what. I have not one regret with going with Custodio and Dubey, they did more than make me feel like a client. They made me feel like family, they send amazing holiday cards, literally every holiday, including Labor Day. Also, they remembered my birthday and sent me a Starbucks gift card which I was stunned. I definitely hope to keep in touch with this firm even after my settlement because these are just amazing people that you do not want to lose in your life. Thank you guys so much for all of your help I give you 20 million stars.

Custodio and Dubey is amazing, I wasn’t sure where to go until I found this place on google. They were so through and helpful through the full process of my case, always available to answer my questions. I was grateful to be treated so well here. Miguel is a lifesaver, he was able to explain the full process from to start to finish. Amazing I didn’t have to do much work other than a view documents to sign and my statements. Honestly, truly amazing. I would definitely recommend C&D to anyone.

The experience of the Custodio & Dubey is truly unmatched, I will continue to have a relationship with the law firm. Unfortunately I was in a bad car accident and was able to receive treatment and focus on healing while the firm took care of my medical needs and the insurance process. This firm focuses on the needs of the clients before their own, I will continue to share my experience with family and friends.
