Omg..we simply had the peel and eat shrimp and crab legsi cant walk..so fullflavor and texture spot onservice was impeccable. ..so sad they are leaving. .excellent experience..

Sat night music too loud, some people might like but impossible to talk & I think wait staff messed up order because she could not hear. We're a table of three & she brings 4 glasses of water. Other issues but this one should be doing dishes.

The service is hands down the absolute worst I have ever experienced. Our waitress downed her staff to us saying the bar tender was f****** stupid and they were all retarded and then started to down the cooks. No it was simply her, we were her only table and she was sitting on her boyfriends lap the rest of the evening. The food was good, but that does not make up for the horrible service. Walked in the doors at 7pm with 3 other couples at tables and just now leaving at 9:20. With the other 3 couples here.

Food is good, but service is slow. Seating arrangement doesn't provide much privacy. I would still go back again.

Food is good! The boiled shrimp and oysters are the best in Rome. It is always clean. BUT It is very dark, very loud and seems to always be understaffed, so service is slow and it is hard to carry on a conversation.
