This company will not accept a payment by phone, you have to physically drive to pay the bill. If you are late, they will not even bother to call you. They come to your house one day before they will take your tanks and charge you $20. If you can get another water company to take care of well water, I suggest you do. I will as soon as this company loses their monopoly.
