The mission of the CT Alliance to Benefit Law Enforcement is to enhance the mental health and well-being of those in law enforcement and the communities they serve.We provide training and consultation on mental health and de-escalation skills for police and the formation of police/mental health partnerships to link persons in behavioral health crises to services instead of arrest whenever possible.We provide workshops and opportunities for officers to maintain and enhance their own mental health, as well as Peer Support Training to assist their fellow officers during times of crisis.
