Great company. I showed up with a key for my vehicle, without the vehicle like a dummy, and they made it happen. Great customer service and very accommodating. Good people.

Called spoke w/ Andrea, ask if they do key fobs for my Dodge ram she place me on hold & made sure they had 1 on site. She quoted me a price & I told her I'm on the way. Wasn't there 15 mins, young man got my new key fob programmed & repaired my old for my back up. Very quick & professional. Outstanding Job & such nice people!

I've had two key fobs replaced and an exterior level lock replaced now. More than satisfied every time. Plus, I've now met four different employees of Crystal Keys, and everyone of them treated me very well. Thankful for this business.
