Over the years we have dealt with several excellent travel agents. They provide great customer service and if they don’t know the answer to your question they will research it. We also enjoy the credits and cash back programs.

For less money than booking directly through the cruise line, I get additional on board credit. They are very helpful in determining where the best rooms are, if an upgrade is worth the money, and have good insights on itineraries and ports. They also fully explain everything, from gratuities, taxes, port fees, and all other things that may "surprise" you when you are done with your vacation.

I always compare prices, and the prices on cruises only is almost always the best. I really love the website as it lets you look at specific cabin choices and gives you exact pricing. Unlike some sites that post one price but upon calling is much more, the price you get a t the end of selection on cruises only is perfect. You can easily price the total price with extras and port and tax fees. It clearly splits refundable and non refundable deposits for consideration. I appreciate the extra credits for loyalty and the bonuses often given according to the price of the cruise. My cruise consultant Debra D is the best, polite, professional and efficient. I really appreciate her service.

Mike and Sandy, feel that Steve is very professional and knows his job. He makes suggestions on how to pick the correct cabin to suit us. Steve makes sure that we are getting all that we can on the cruise. Steve looked after us when we had a cruise cnx in April. This is the third cruise we booked with Steve since then. You have a fabulous employee!!!
