  HUGE DESAPPOINTMENT!
  
  We took an RV in Everret, WA for 16 days. The RV was in an Horbol condition, we had to clean it ourselves cause it came in too dirty, full with sand and dirt.
  We were concerned about the water pump that didn't work before we left. The mechanic took it in for service, we had to wait another two hours for fixing, after spending 4 hours waiting for the RV from the beginning.
  2 days after we started the trip, the water pump system had a fault. After few days (when we had cellular service) we spoke with the assistance line, and have been told to drive 4 hours to reach to a mechanic service. We didn't mean to go to a service 4 hours away and spend more time from our schedule, so we stayed as is.
  Second thing we had is the shower, the floor got full with urine that floded from the toilet container. It was horobol! And it happened twice !!! So we ended up not taking even 1 shower in the RV the whole 16 days.
  The 3rd problem accured 5 days before we returned the RV: the refrigerator and freezer stoped working all of a sudden.
  Again, we called in for help, the answer stayed the same.
  
  We can't describe how disappointed we are!
  It is just absurd. The treatment we got when returning the RV was insulting, the compensation we got in the end was so minor, that it didn't even cover the expanses we had because of all of the faults in the RV.
  
  I'm sure there are other companies that would have treat the case differently, and would have do more for their costumers.

  IT WAS A JOKE FROM BEGGING TO END.
  
  Getting there spending all day there to get the rv was a joke, the generator on the rv didn't work, got 2 flat tires, then after returning the rv they said I was getting a refund of about $500 back on my credit card, 2 weeks down the road I get the refund into my account (when I was told 3/5 business days) to have them withdraw the same amount out later that day. When I called about the unauthorized withdraw they told me they couldn't tell me (the renter of the rv and the owner of the credit card) why they were taking money from me. I do NOT recommend this company atleast out of salt lake city, UT

  Quick IN and OUT. Did not charge for gas or dumling. RV had 109,000 miles. Expected something newer. Air conditioner in RV very load and could not use. RV also need an alignment. It pulled hard to right. Everything else worked well.

  Just spoke with Clayton, sales rep on the phone. He was awesome! He took 10 minutes to explain where would be good to stay outside Salt Lake City prior to drop off, where to get propane, gas etc. Great customer service Clayton! Thx, Matt.

  Good place. Check everything before you take the rv out. I mean everything. Had a couple of things wrong. But over all it was an amazing trip and good enough for the whole family (5 people)

  Dinah, was the best sales person I have ever worked with. She really looked out for my best interest and she was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend her to anyone interested in buying a motor home from cruise America. I felt like I was getting a great motor home for a reasonable price. I had to order it so I was a little concerned that it wouldn't be as good as the display but I was pleasently surprised. The motor home was in great condition and ran flausley. Thanks for everything Dinah.

  Very mixed experience. Nice vehicles, but poorly maintained. Everything worked well except the refrigerator. The vehicle wasn't well cleaned, but finding alright.

  I put a deposit down on an rv rental and then ended up having to cancel it. It's been over 2 weeks and I STILL haven't gotten my money back.
  They say they don't have it my bank says they don't have it either so guess I just pist off 300.00

  We spent several months researching to determine what we wanted as well as rv dealer visits and determined we wanted an rv that would allow us to park in parking lots and on city streets as we move across the country. We found some models that would cost about $80,000 used until we discovered the 19 foot model that Cruise America offers and sells. We met with Dinah Rich and found her to be patient and most helpful as we worked through the process. She helped us find the specific vehicle that fits our needs and budget. Dinah helped us to find the best loan rate and insurance. We found her advice to reflect her experience and her desire to serve her customers. This experience was very different from what we found in visiting rv dealers in Salt Lake.

  We wanted to purchase a used RV for our retirement travel plans. We found a 2009 with a little over 108k miles that was being refurbished prior to sale. Contacted Dinah Rich about the unit and she was able to take a deposit and have it brought from Arizona to the Salt Lake store. If we didn't like it, we didn't have to take it. Wow, were we surprised with the condition after refurbishing. It was in excellent shape. We added an awning to the unit to make it more personal to our needs. We couldn't have been happier. The sales staff was almost as excited as we were over this coach. During the first 90 days, we did have one minor problem and took it in to explain to Dinah. Within a week, she had the unit repaired and back to us. This was outstanding service and we couldn't have asked for anything better. We are proud and excited to highly recommend Cruise America if you are looking to purchase a used, refurbished RV.

  We got a good, clean RV for a trip to Moab, for cheap. Great place.
