  When moving from Honolulu to the mainland I was given this company as my movers... they were beyond careless with my Household Goods... they left my sectional couch in the rain while they took a break. After putting it in the container on the truck they watched it fall and break without care. Now it's covered in mold and still damp from being soaked and won't fit together... they mishandled my heirloom roll top desk and broke it by dropping it on the floor and crudely taped it together in an attempt to hold it together. It's now unusable. Also they packed a fryer full of used oil without emptying it or securing it... I now have an oil stained bed and a damaged television due to oil spilling during shipment. Also my pool table was supposed to be securely packaged along with the slate crated... they LOOSELY laid it inside the container. Now my slate is probably chipped. Not to mention theyou emailed the destination company the dimensions of crates that they supposedly used. The company is unprofessional and lacks integrity and good work ethic.. even the destination movers were appalled at the lack of quality work the Packers provided... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNTIL THEY CORRECT THIS UNSPEAKABLE DEFICIENCY! I am currently working my claims now.

  Because of the nature of my business, we have moved several times both in the U.S. and abroad. We have had good and poor experiences with moving companies. Crown handled our very large move from Italy back to the U.S. and has since helped us move domestically once. Every aspect of the move was handled efficiently and professionally. Their crews are friendly, skilled and on time. Their bills were exactly what was quoted - no hidden fees or charges. For future moves we will never use anyone else. I would highly recommend Crown for anyone to requires international or domestic moving services. They also offer storage services that are very competitively priced. - Steve Sawyer

  My relocation back to the US from the Netherlands was handled by this Crown Relocations site, and I must say that the process was not as smooth as I had hoped. Travis Brass was my contact point, and he seemed like a decent guy but was impossible to get ahold of on the phone (always went to voicemail). I did receive all my things with minor damages but not without a few weeks delay due to what they referred to as "being held in US Customs for examination". It turned out that the examination was swift but it all my stuff was detained in storage for "undisclosed reasons". Then we found out that it wasn't Crown who held my things but an outfit the contracted out to called "Gallagher Transport Int'l, inc" which charge me (through Crown) an extra $4000 for storage fee. I had a great experience with Crown Relocations over in El Cerrito, CA but I can't say the same for these Huntington Beach guys. I don't recommend them.
