Knowledgeable and helpful staff, they really know their stuff, their selection is excellent and prices not out of line. I've received a pretty good pile of gold and diamond pieces (my personal favorite jewelry combo), including a gorgeous Movado watch, as Christmas/birthday/anniversary gifts from my husband over the last 15 years, always from Crown, with not a flaw to be found, and they've happily untangled chains, cleaned all of my pieces, resized rings, and replaced watch batteries as often as I've needed without charge.
