Decent burgers at a classic-era fast food joint. Not spectacular but surely worthwhile and tasty once in a while. The "crown" is a layer of prosciutto beef on top of the burger, which adds a salty novelty, it's good.

This Crown Burgers location isn't my favorite,however, its still better than any of the national chains. Always Hot Fresh hefty portions you're sure to get full on a combo. It is a little more expensive at $12-13 a combo but the taste of the food and and fresh-ness is outstanding unlike like McDonald's bland burger A Crown Burger bites back do yourself a favor and treat the family to A Crown Burger near you. My favorite location is on North Temple. Only thing I'd advise if you have a short lunch call ahead and place your order.

Every region has is signature sandwich, Mane has the Lobster Roll, Philadelphia the Cheesestake, and Chicago has the fantastic Italian Beef. Salt Lake has a fantastic addition to this Pantheon the Pastrami Burger. The Pastrami Burger or Crown burger is a char-broiled burger or cheeseburger piled with Pastrami. At first the thought of a Pastrami topped burger was a bit strange, but I have to say I think I might prefer it to bacon now. I get my Crown Burger with just fry sauce cheese and grilled onions, it is magnificent. If you are visiting Salt Lake or just passing through do yourself a favor, stop at Crown Burger and treat yourself. They also have amazing fries

I am in charge of ordering lunch for my office multiple times a week. We vote on Crown Burger at minimum once a month. They are incredibly efficient at placing 20-35 orders, all bagged & labeled with our names, and making sure that when we arrive to pick it up that it's boxed and ready to go. The food is always prepared perfectly. This location is downtown and our order is placed right at the beginning of the lunch rush. These guys make ordering large orders for the office incredibly easy. A big thanks to the manager and staff who are always incredibly polite, work hard and very very rarely make mistakes on orders. They seem extremely grateful for us picking them to place our lunch order. The dining room and kitchen are organized, clean, and staff are polite & welcoming. Thank you Crown Burger.

This is a good blend of classic American burgers with a fast food service. Higher quality food, but it takes a little longer. Definitely a great place for a burger if you have a few minutes.

If you're lucky enough to live in Salt Lake and have occasion to eat at Crown Burgers regularly consider yourself to be very lucky people. I now live in the Upper Midwest and there is nothing like Crown Burger to be found anywhere out there near the Twin Cities and believe me I have looked since I moved there two years ago.
My first stop after landing at the airport is always to go to Crown burgers for the best flame-broiled burger and fries to be found anywhere and at a very reasonable price.
Everything about the way they prepare the burger is perfect from the sliced crisp lettuce to the quality of the bun to the quality of the meat, it is pure perfection. Don't take this little gem for granted just because there are several of them in the Salt Lake Valley this place is the bomb!

Very good burger, the crown burger - its a pretty messy burger, be prepared to grab lots of napkins. Also the ice cream is delicious and the drink choices are good. Not a cheep burger but not bad by any means! Recommended!

Pricey but totally worth it! You haven't been to Salt Lake City if you don't visit this place and get one of their famous Crown Burgers.

The meat is juicy and flavorful and you get a good portion so you're either not gonna finish the burger, or if you do, you're gonna feel super full.

This is the original Greek burger restaurant in Salt Lake City. The Crown Burger on North Temple was the second one, opened by a relative of the original founder. And then all of the other local burger places with Greek names or affiliations, such as Atlantis Burger and Olympus Burger and Astro Burger and Apollo Burger, came later (hint: they're all good). If you don't like the hamburgers here, I think something is wrong with you. If I had a last meal before I was executed, I would order the bacon cheeseburger from here with fries. I love the burgers, the fries, the rings, the fry sauce (a Utah thing--try it!). The gyros are great. I have loved everything I've eaten here, and so has everyone else I have been with. Food is cooked to order, and you can see them making it before your very eyes. Decor is out of date, but don't let that bother you. It has a kind of quaint feel to it. Note that the "Crown Burger" on the menu is a hamburger with pastrami on it. That is not for everyone. It's a lot of meat.

Easily in my top 3 burgers. Quality ingredients. I'd echo what a previous review pointed out. Stick to the classic Crownburger. I've tried the French dip and it wasn't good. The pastrami sandwich wasn't very good either which was surprising since they are known for pastrami. But I've NEVER been let down by a Crownburger or Junior Crownburger. Stick to that and the fries and you'll experience fast food cheeseburger Nirvana.

This is one busy place but they will take phone orders if you wish to walk in rather than wait. Good size dinning room. The parking is decent.

Amazingly good burgers and sandwiches. A classic institution when it comes to the Salt Lake Valley. The service and quality of food is the same regardless of when you go or which location you visit.
