Extremely satisfied with the service and customer appreciation at CrossRoads Ford. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Brandi Emory during my recent purchase. Her professionalism and concern for the customer was truly a blessing in my decision process to buy a new vehicle. Brandi Emory made the difference in my decision. I will definitely recommend and make future purchases from Brandi at CrossRoads Ford in Prince George, VA.

In and out, extremely friendly people that take care of your every need. I was greeted at the door by not just one, but a few people that were more than happy to help me and I got everything done within a timely manner at that. I'd recommend this place to everyone.

I would give it no stars if you were allowed to do so. If they can't get you financed they don't give you the courtesy of calling and letting you know. If you can't pad their pockets your not a valued customer!! Horrible experience. Take note that only the good reviews get responded to from the owner....

Bought my first car from here. Preowned Focus (25k miles) is running strong (75k miles). Very good buying experience with salesperson and financing officer. Helped with questions and kept within my budget

We just purchased a 2016 Ford F-250 Lariat Crew Cab Diesel. Our salesman was a young man that had just received his license and We were actually his first Sale. He did an extremely good job for us. I got the price that I was looking for and a great deal on my trade in. I could not have been happier with my experience at Crossroads Ford in Prince George!

Very bad experience for buying a new car. I can't give no stars because it won't let me. Don't waste your time there. Me and my wife spent 5 hours there and decided not to buy from them. Sheehy ford is a much better company to deal with. Don't waste your time and they get you in and out with your new ride and better negotiations

Excellent service! Dropped my truck off on a Saturday afternoon. It was ready about an hour later but I was out and about with the family. I asked if I could pick it up Monday morning and they said of course. Picked up my truck on Monday morning with no issues.

Purchased a 2017 FORD EXPLORER on Monday after I traded in my 2012 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER. They gave me over $20K for the Highlander and I was able to get the SUV I always wanted. It'll be a while before I'll get my Mustang because of our ever growing family, but the Explorer is perfect (I say NO-NO to a minivan.

The all-new Explorer is bigger and wider than the Highlander and the ride is extra smooth and comfortable. There is slightly less leg room between the driver & passenger seats, but the cabin is wider and the ride still remains comfortable. Tall drivers may have issue with the left wheel well extending into the cabin, but I'm 6'0 ft tall and it's not that big of an issue.

Crossroads were extremely helpful in getting me into my new ride. We went in and they had us in a new Explorer in no time (actually it took a while, but you get the point). They were much more helpful than the previous 4 dealerships we visited and they actually put us into a new vehicle. We were previously looking at 2014-2015 used vehicles, but Crossroads made it work and us happy.

I had an up and down experience with crossroads. Though I had a terrible time with one of the salesmen the corporate customer service head, the gm and Greg Lewallen(salesman) were fantastic. The only issue I have now is the front splitter on my mustang. I bought the car at night so I went back up on Friday of that week to get a license plate put on and a couple other things. Before going I inspected the car and noticed that the splitter on the front of the car had a slight gap on one side. I asked the salesman if this could be resolved and he said he'd talk to the service dept as they had to put an inspection sticker on anyways. Well after all this I was told it could be something as minor as a pop rivet but no they couldn't do it. Kinda makes me wonder about the service dept and if I should've bought a warranty if something "as minor as a pop rivet" couldn't be fixed.

I brought my vehicle in for, what turned out to be, a bad alternator. It was returned to me with a bill for $551, which is very steep for repair on a 16 year old vehicle on the replacement of said part. I also have concerns of being contacted by their sales department about trading my vehicle in after a repair is made. (This isn't the first time.) Maybe the cost of maintaining a 2001 vehicle isn't worth keeping it. The service and attentiveness are top notch, but the price is prohibitive. After posting this review, I guess I'll have to start dealing with a repair only facility.

Always a great experience. Mr. Booker made it a very pleasant experience and i was really amazed at how quick the service was. The staff there is so professional and they show that they care about their customers. Hats off to Marie Gherlone for taking great care of my vehicle. I will continue to go to Crossroads Ford in Prince George Va
