  We have tried several Cross Fits as we've travelled around, and Cross Fit Gansett is one of our favorites. Leica and Ashely are knowledgeable, encouraging and despite their kind appearances, they can be devious when they post some wind sucking WODs. The whole atmosphere is welcoming to newcomers. The regulars are friendly and the coaching staff is excellent. I would highly recommend checking out this box.

  CrossFit Gansett is fun, challenging, and always different. I am in the best shape of my life in just 3 months! Head coach Lecia is patient and accepting of everyone which makes you feel right at home. This is for all ages, fitness levels, and body types because Lecia gives you ways to modify the movement until you can do it the prescribed way. CrossFit Gansett rocks!!!

  CrossFit Gansett is always a new, but most importantly to me, DIFFERENT challenge every time I step through the door. I am always physically drained at the end of each class and I love the atmosphere of the new gym/equipment and location in the Pier. Lecia is an extremely welcoming trainer and coach who makes me feel super comfortable asking questions, even if it's the same question multiple times lol. I look and feel better and have seen the results in my fellow CrossFitters as well.

  Love CFG! Lecia does a great job programming the WODs! The workout is always different, challenging and FUN! She also provides modifications so every workout can be done by just about anyone no matter what your fitness level or age.
  The location is perfect, new equipment, always clean! If you haven't already, it's definitely worth dropping by this box and your first class is free!

  This review is for our CFG members. We are lucky to have some of the nicest people at CrossFit Gansett! Everyone is very motivating and makes class a fun atmosphere. There is never a dull moment! :)
