Fantastic venue! I couldn't praise the staff enough for their efforts. The food was great, and the menu included items catering to vegans. ( Thanks for that! ) Ursula Allison, the events director, very agreeably, went out of her way to provide for our special request.

Timeless architecture and excellent decor give this place a unique feel. Their basement vault is one of the hidden gems in Cleveland and is perfect for hosting any event. They also have a truly exceptional banquet room located in the basement that is perfect for hosting any sort of dinner parties. Like the rest of building, the decor is extremely elegant and can be a talking point of any party or event. Food is superb. Would recommended for any style of event as the staff is very accommodating.

Second time at brunch, and again, it was excellent. This morning my two young kids were in tow, and they each loved their food. Better yet, the staff was very kind and patient with them. My only complaint is that our cut of lamb was a bit dry, but it was an end piece. Everything else was delicious. This brunch is a great value when you consider portions (endless) and food quality and variety.

Wonderful weekend brunch! We made a reservation, but didn't need it as there were only 4 or 5 other tables seated. Service was prompt and very professional. Great selection of dishes for breakfast or lunch, with a nice carving station and a variety of desserts. Kenny was kind enough to offer us a tour of the vault area. Beautiful space.

Their tasting menu with wine pairings is my favorite meal in the Cleveland area, but will take a chunk out of your wallet and leave you unable to drive home! If you love upscale dining and find yourself in Cleveland for one night, this is the place you should go! Oh, and the chef's table is fun - they will explain whatever you want to know about what they are making or leave you to dine depending on whether you engage them. I cannot say enough about this place - from the food to the drinks to the service, I've never been left wanting!

We went for the tasting menu as a birthday gift from my husband to me and it was amazing, each bite was better than the last. The server was amazing. He was so attentive, but not hovery and the whole experience was amazing. We loved every minute of the experience. We were there fairly late and could see the staff beginning to clean yet, we never felt rushed to hurry up and go. The server even gave us extra bread to take home since we both loved the bread so much that he kept bringing refills. I cannot wait to go back again.

It is the BEST Brunch in Cleveland! (Sorry pier W.) Great selection of food & everything taste wonderful! The French toast & pumpkin bread pudding was the best I've ever had! Service was awesome! 2 thumbs up! 5 stars! Will go back! U need 2 try it!

I don't know that words can describe this place, but definitely worth more than five stars. We had the 6 course tasting with wine pairing and I've never been more satisfied with food. Every course was cooked to perfection, every pairing was perfect, and the entree was phenomenal. If you ever want to impress a girl on a date, take her here and get the tasting. You will never forget it. Chef Tom and his kitchen won't let you leave with anything but a smile and a full belly.

From the warm greeting from "Lucky" to the great service Tetris to the phenomenal "best burgers of my life" sliders this place is a hit! Prime location near Staple Center but luckily away from OH Live. The organic wings and killer beer selection are also an asset! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! Glass all around indoor outdoor seating, lively music add to the perfection of this place!!

I like this place, I'm glad they have this amazing building in Cleveland. The food is done well enough to get by, but there are better places nearby. As a whole experience, they do a fantastic job though.

Wonderful experience all-around. I took my girlfriend here for her birthday and we both had delicious meals and enjoyed the service and atmosphere. The setting looks like an old bank or museum with the very high ceiling, murals on the walls, and large Romanesque columns. After our meal, a man I presume to be the owner came to our table and spoke with us and wished us well and hoped we had a good experience. I liked that. I highly recommend the ribeye.

What great atmosphere! The food is fantastic and so was the service! We're also a huge fan of the popcorn! It's a must whenever we dine there. We always look forward to the perfect dining experience when we're there. A five star Cleveland restaurant!
