I was going to be 15 minutes late because my 6 month old was sick (got distracted and forgot about the appt. until my phone reminded me 5 mins before) and they were going to charge $50. I need more flexibility than that, especially when I am more than willing to wait 15+ mins in the waiting room when he is running behind.
