CRNA Today is owned and operated by CRNAs, and is committed to the CRNA community. We strive every day to build a vibrant, interactive, and inspiring framework that will bring CRNAs together and help them be successful in their careers. We engage in specific outreach to students-in-training to become CRNAs, and students may access courses for free while they are enrolled in college. A percentage of all sales will be returned to the CRNA community by giving to deserving organizations, sponsoring events, and providing training opportunities.
