The whole team at Critter Control was very helpful and responsive. Brandon was FANTASTIC. Helped us deal with a particularly difficult raccoon! They did great work and did great clean up. Hope I dont have to use again, lol. However, i would call them first.

Service was excellent! Brandon came out and set traps for what we suspected was a raccoon in our crawl space. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Within a week the raccoon was caught. Of course I hope to not need their services again, but I would definitely need use them in future if needed. Cost of service was also very reasonable!

They filled in gaps and put caps on protrusions from the house that field mice were using. I always want to understand what is being done and how. The young lady that performed the work both graciously and completely answered all my questions and explained the work that had been performed.

We were referred by First Response as we suspected we have voles. Brandon came out and he was great. He chatted with us and answered all of our questions and never tried to sell us anything we didn’t need. He was so personable and helpful! Would definitely recommend and look forward to working with them in the future!

Technician that did setup (Lydell) was great and talked through process. On set up we discussed what animal he thought needed to be removed--likely a groundhog. Due to the holiday, two week window of open trapping included 6 days with traps locked open (also groundhogs hibernate) so ultimately paid $$ for empty traps to be checked a couple of times. Again, the technician was great and setting up was easy! But do some research to make sure that the timing of traps will be more useful before calling.
