I love it here. These staff have been welcoming since I’ve moved here. Best place for new comers to the area.

I just recently moved to Crescent Commons and i absolutely love it. The application process didn’t take long at all. The manager Ms. D is phenomenal and very helpful. I love the fact that it’s a gated community and the amenities are perfect! My rent is very affordable.

Lived here for 3 years all I can say is that the old management was horrible and never responded to noise compliments such as people blasting their music out in the middle of the parking lot between 2am to 5am almost every weekend and sometimes weekdays. I can't believe anyone would say the last management was even fit to run this place. The new management Hawthorne definitely improved this place for the better unfortunately I was only under the new management for about 2 months before I deployed. Looks nicer though.

Alexis, Jo & Felix at Crescent Commons are AWESOME! They are so helpful and polite. A 100000% improvement since them and their company took over! I would recommend Crescent Commons to anyone! On top of it their rent is so reasonable and maintenance is on top of it! What's even better they do events for you and your family and it's pet friendly! Total plus! Great job!

My stay in Crescent Commons has been nothing but a please. The community is so welcoming and the staff are so nice. They always have little gathering that are so fun. The community is always quite and clean. I definitely would recommend to anyone looking to rent.

I have lived here for going on 4 years now. The previous management company Bellsouth neglected this community. However, HAWTHORNE has come in to the picture and have started numerous upgrades and fixed the gate that was broken for nearly 2 years! GREAT JOB HAWTHORNE!

Management is great , it has changed . They did a lot of new renovations and are still doing so in some areas but it doesn't look like a cluster of junk . I've gotten compliments from friends about the apartment .I have a one bedroom and it's $625 includes trash and cable which you need to take your lease to spectrum and they'll give you a box for free and you can watch cable at home . Overall I love it , it's not noisy , it's clean, neighbors don't bother me at all, I've seen more military peers around the area . I did find a lot of beetles around the apartment most of them dead and that's why it's not 5 stars from me but I cannot complain . One of our blinds was unusable and after a work order was put in , it only took about 2 days for them to replace it . Laundry hookups are available and if you use they're laundry area you will need quarters . So far I love it here , don't understand why there are so many negative comments here .

My wife and I went to every apartment looking for just the right floor plan, customer service, and price! We walked in scheduled a same day showing with Joannie who was very knowledgeable about the property and a joy to the whole hectic process!

I Am a resident at Crescent Commons, I will say that before the new management I was much more happier with the way that things were handled around the complex. The previous staff Ms. Jackie always handled all of my maintenance issues promptly. When you walked into the office they always greated you with smiling faces. The new management on the other hand are completely rude! I had a maintenance issue and the Latina basically told me they had priority over other things than to fix my issue!! Two weeks of not getting my issue fixed. Once I walked into the office and over heard the two that sit up front talking about other residents and how they were complaining about the pool area not cool!! They claim to be so professional but you're gossiping about residents. Dee dee the new property manage always looks so lost they don't smile !!!!! Yes they may be trying to renovate the property but they can expect people to move out with them raising rent. Especially when people have lived there several years and rent never changed and now that they are there it has been raised. The maintenance staff sucks besides one very nice man he was there while Jackie was manager he always waves and speaks. The other guys are just very unfriendly. I will be leaving Crescent Commons just based on all of this alone the staff means a lot to some of us residents and you all are not it! The apartments are nice but that isn't enough to make me stay. I want to feel that if I have an issue that I can go to the staff and not be brushed off! Or deal with unprofessional people gossiping about residents and their personal lives while at work.

I spent the whole day yesterday looking for an apartment in Fayetteville, NC. Dee Dee was awesome!!! After visiting 6 different complexes and leaving with applications and pamphlets, i spoke with her for 10 minutes and filled out an application on the spot. Needless to say I'll be moving in on Monday and I hope my experience looking and applying for the apartment is a good measure of how my living experience will be at crescent commons.

My roommate and I moved in about 4 months ago. The former managers where pretty good but the new property managers are just as well, in fact a little better to be honest.

The new front office staff is friendly and professional. My roommate and I needed to transfer from our 3 bedroom to a 2 bed and even tho we had to reapply the process was pretty painless, even given the fact we did run into a small problem getting immediately approved they still worked with us.

Our new apartment isn't with out some minor cosmetic problems, but nothing to demote a star, and besides they've been pretty diligent about fixing things. A fair warning, their matinence man is a bit overwhelmed so they are fixing things a little slower than most would like but it's still not bad.

I recommend giving them a shot.
