I enjoy the atmosphere. They owners are friendly and the price was inexpensive. My nails.looked great and last a long time. The pedicure variety can meet your needs, like stress reduction or for swollen feet. I also had my brows waxed. A very Clean environment.

I had my nails done with dipping and within a week 2 naisl started brake i went there and spoke with the greeter and the guy told me to come back next day that they will fix it. I come back next day and a lady told me that their policy were 3 days, if I wanted fixed I would jave to pay again. I will never ever come back to this place. I spent 54 dólars to have a dipping. This is ridiculous.

First and foremost, love their hours! One of my favorite places to go. Out of all the places I've been to in the Worcester, Auburn, Holden, Leicester and Millbury areas, this location is in my top 5! My sister and niece told me about this place when the owners were previously located in the Greendale mall. They said that they gave nice, long, leg massages with their pedicures. I can't concure. I really love the atmosphere, and the manager is lovely. I must say, out of all the different nail salons I've experienced, these technicians are lovely, freindly and way above average. Wish they offered pedicure foot basin liners. I have recommended this location many times. Never, heard any complaints from my friends. The best place for "ombre" nails. Keep up the good work! #special shout out to Ms.Jasmine and Ms.Nuyen

I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK! I went over the weekend to get a gel manicure. That night i noticed the white polished had turned brown! I called the next day with no answer Tuesday when I was on my lunch break I called back TWICE and finally got an answer. I asked to speak with the manager. When i explained the situation she said they would redo the color free of charge and that was strange that the polish changed color. I did not use anything that would have made my nails change color and i"ve gotten many manicures from them that's never happened to me either. I left work and headed there sat in traffic. When i walked in the manager looked at my nails and said that it was not there Gel. Well it was i have been going there for years and i go every two weeks and easily spend over 100 dollars between manicures pedicures and waxing. I am not one to ever complain but when i asked her if she would redo it she said she might be able to do a discount! That is not what she said on the phone i spent 40 dollars on the manicure PLUS TIP and it was less than three days before. I am VERY upset. I will never go back they were rude about it as well. NO THANKS I will take my business elsewhere! Today you guys lost one customer that goes there every two weeks and spends well over 100 dollars you also lost my family because we go together and get pedicures all the time! Good luck to ya you just lost 6 customers! And i will tell all of my friends who go there so you loose them too! Its not my fault the nail polish changed and i wouldnt have minded paying again but i was told over the phone it would be free! Plus i spend more than enough money there they could have helped me out! They are over priced and RUDE anyway Good riddens!!!!!!

One of the best place in Worcester! All the staff are really nice and they do amazing jobs in pedicures and manicures. Worth the money and I would recommend going for the gel manicures to last longer and getting your eyebrows waxed here. Very clean and relaxing.
