I was traveling in the area for work and stopped in for a manicure. They tried to talk me into a gel manicure but I've had enough bad experiences with unknown salons wrecking my gel manicure, I opted for the $15 manicure. My tech was an older gentleman that didn't talk at all which was fine by me. He did a great job cleaning up my cuticles and shaping my nails to look the same. He also did a nice job with the polish. The highlight for me was the unexpected arm and hand massage which was amazing! This alone was worth trying a new spot and I'll be sure to come back if I'm ever in the area again. I'm not sure what the tech's name was but he was sitting at station 3.

I have to say that i went here before and didn't have as much of a problem as i did yesterday. I told the nail tech to please take it easy with my nail bed and she didn't listen and made two fingers bleed. she said is due to the shape of my nail bed and not her fault. (never heard of that before from anyone doing my nails) I was told to wash my hands without soap twice. Didn't understand why. The Gel has allot of grains from not buffing correctly and the acrylic was very thick and misshapen. When I get my nails filled I expect good service and professionalism, if i request to be gentle with my nails I expect for my wishes to be granted.

I got my nails done one week ago because my usual lady was out of town. Immediately this man asks me who does my nails. As if they were not up to par. He thin proceeds to file them down to potato chip thin and I knew immediately they wouldn't work out but I had no idea it would be within one week that one just came right off. It didn't hurt or anything. This place is inexperienced to the max! I would NEVER GO BACK IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT! I now look stupid and I have to PAY to get them completely fixed all over again. He also kept checking his cell phone and a simple fill, 2 fixes and regular polish came out to an hour and a half! Are you kidding me? Check your phone when you are on break. Unprofessional to say the absolute least!

I've been going here for at least a year now and ive never been disappointed. I don't know if it is just my nails, but I have NEVER had issues. They have always been so nice to me as well. Definitely one of my favorite places.

Extremely disappointed. In less than a week after I got my nails filled I had to come back in three times as my nails continued to fall off. I do not have a job with heavy manual labor or engaged in any activities that would have provoked this. Upon my third trip, the manager told me I had to pay for his work. I told him this was ridiculous as I had to take the time out of my busy day to return for the third time, after my initial fill less than a week prior, to pay for their poor work. Ignoring me for half the conversation, instead he proceeded to yell over my head to his employees in a language I did not understand, which I found extremely rude, then told me I must pay. Finally realizing he did not in any way understand good customer service and was not seeing reason whatsoever, I put my money down and told him I would not be back. Don't waste your time. Very disappointed.

Love Creative Nails!! Have been going for almost 2 years now and they are awesome. I only get pedicures, and have been paying the same price since I first went. Prices haven't gone up, and they are listed prior to service.
I only go to Jennifer or Kristi .. they are both awesome and great at what they do!
My daughter has had manicures done here and only once were we not happy. It was a gentleman that USED to work there, and we simply didn't go back to him afterwards. Since he's no longer there, no worries!!report this review -

Came here for the first time three weeks ago for a fill in with regular polish. My nails still look great! No chipping or cracking and my nail tech was super gentle and thorough! Will be going back very soon!

I've went to creative nails a few times. They had good prices. They had good service till about 2 weeks ago. They changed their prices and didnt tell me till I was paying. Then my nails kept cracking off.I didn't even have them for two weeks. Very disappointed.
