I always take my cars in to creamers, well recently got some work done to one and alignment on both. I drove to work which is in martinsburg and then home, the following day April 21, 2018 me my wife and son drove to Winchester half way there we started to hear a noise well we turned around and were coming home hit berryville and the car started to shake horribly and wobbling so we pulled over to discover that they never tightened the lugnuts on my driver front tire! I will not be returning. They put not only mine and my wife's life in danger but my sons life!

These guys have fixed several trivial problems for free and have earned my loyalty. They treat you right and back their work. I get all my tires and maintenance here.

I'd used this garage for years and then moved to Baltimore. Some time later my strut mount broke so I called them to ask about the warranty. They assured me the part had Lifetime Warranty, so I set up an appointment for a Saturday morning where I could drive all the way there from Baltimore to get it fixed.
Not only did they NOT actually write me in for the appointment but they also were wrong about the warranty for the part. It was only under a 2 year warranty that had recently expired. Also they were far too busy that day to even see me, so instead I had to take my car to a place in Baltimore and I'm just praying it's done in time for me to travel for the holidays.
So I drove all the way there for nothing. I was Pissed.

Unreliable, unprofessional on several levels. The gentleman I spoke to at the desk made me feel like this had happened before for whoever answers the phone during the weekdays.

Do not trust them. They will rip you off. Absolutely the most horrible mechanics on this planet. If you value your time or money do not go here. They left my car worse than when i took it in.

When my parents' car wouldn't start on Sunday evening, we ended up having to get them home (PA) by other means and were left trying to get their car back on the road. A friend recommended Creamer's, so we gave them a shot; called them when they opened Monday morning and they had the car towed down to their shop within the hour. Once they looked at the car, they diagnosed the issue as a fuel pump priming issue (the pump had been replaced within the last 4 months for start-up problems) and noted that that vehicle had a recall out on fuel pumps. Since the garage that had previously done the work on the pump was several hours away, easily flipping the vehicle over to them to repair wasn't an option. However, Creamer's showed us an easy trick to get the vehicle started without making any changes or repairs (and it runs fine once it has fired up). They charged a very reasonable fee for the diagnostics, the towing bill was pretty standard, and we picked the car up and were on our way.

The only reason I'm not giving a 5-star review is because of the time it took to get the verdict on what was going on with the car - 2.5 days. Granted, they told us up front on Monday that several other cars had been towed in over the weekend and were ahead of us and that they had techs out (it is summer vacation season), so they were up front about their being a likely delay.

Left my car overnight and keys in the key drop. Next morning James called me less than one hour after opening. Creamers had diagnosed the problems, recommended the fix and had the car ready to be picked up when I got off work. Was able to pay by credit card, over the phone, and was able to pick my car up after hours. The car is running great. I personally recommend this company to do your repairs. They were friendly, courteous, affordable and did a great job on short notice.

If I could give them a negative rating, I would. They improperly towed my car from a lot where I was lawfully parked last month. According to a police report and witness statements, they damaged my car by dragging it up a curb. In addition, one witness described my car falling off the tow truck. Although a police report was filed and photos were provided showing the car before and after they damage they caused, Creamer's has thus far refused to accept responsibility for the damage, refused to pay for the repair and are now not even responding to my good faith attempts to settle this with them. I recommend never doing business with them.

I moved from Virginia last year to Ranson wv And since then we have used Creamers for our car inspections and tire work and honestly i can say these people are the most honest, nicest mechanical shop I've ever been to. In VA 95% of mechanics are crooks and take advantage of woman But these people have the best customer service ever and I as a woman feel as if i can trust them.. They have been nothing but kind and professional and very helpful with me.. Never felt like I have been taken advantage off AND their prices and very reasonable and the lowest in town.. I trust them with my vehicles and have been a faithful customer to them for a little over a year.. I recommend them.. Front desk customer service is the best Overall VERY satisfied with their services.

Used to love them until today when I was treated like they were doing me a favor by letting me be a customer. Was actually considering getting their regular maintenance packages for my 4 vehicles too. Not now Someone else will get my money
